The customer service really sucks! I have worked with comerica for 7 years now and moved to brooklyn so this location was the closest to my house and everytime I went there they were very unhelpful and slow! They really make me want to change banks but then I go to other comerica branches in jackson and spring arbor and they are exceptional!

PROS: The branch is conveniently located for locals, easy to access and rarely busy, so wait times are minimal. Staff is professional, pleasant and polite. NEUTRAL: The ATM system needs updating. This branch doesn't offer a drive through ATM. Theirs is a glass enclosed walk-up with a door on each side. The area is clean and well-lit, but the branch is somewhat remotely located and, as a women, I hesitate to use the ATM after dark if I am alone. Don't forget your pen because deposits must be made in envelopes and one is not always provided. The machine doesn't scan your cash or checks. Competitors have offered that option for several years. Not only does it save time (no manually completing deposit information, no licking and sealing, etc.), but it offers more protection should discrepancies occur. CONS: Customer retention does not seem to be a priority. When an issue arises, the stance that the bank has done no wrong is universal and unwavering. They just politely, professionally, and pleasantly explain why you are wrong and make unhelpful suggestions. Example 1: When there was a discrepancy in the amount recorded for an ATM deposit that I made, it was suggested that I use the drive through tellers instead of the ATM to prevent future issues... but, obviously, if I could make it to the bank during business hours, I wouldn't need the ATM. Example 2: When there was a question about online banking not showing real-time balance information, it was suggested that I use a checkbook register to prevent future issues... if I can't rely on your system, why use it? And here we go with the pen thing again, isn't this 2017?
