The store manager was extremely kind and apologetic when I called to inform her about my awful experience. I have always used this pharmacy. My doctor called me at 12:30 to inform me that they wouldn't be able to fill all three of my scripts, and gave me other directions. When I showed up at 1:15, I was told they just received the order, and they would need 20min to fill the prescription. Even though the guy behind the counter clearly lied about the time frame, I waited 20min and came back into the store. Only to find out THE ENTIRE PHARMACY CLOSES AT 1:30 FOR LUNCH!! This guy obviously knowing what time he goes to lunch every day had me, and all 3 of my super sick kids waiting over 45min for our prescription because he was to lazy to do his job.

Brought in two disposable cameras to get pictures printed, we paid and they told us it would be about a week or so. We come back in today to pick them up and they charge us again, absolutely ridiculous.

Forget about getting your prescription filled! You're better off driving an hour longer to pick it up! The lines are back up all day, every day!

So I wouldn’t use this pharmacy I get they have a lot of customers but I have a family I’d like to see my doctor called in prescription at 10 no reason I have to wait half hour to be told oh it’s not ready yet

The pharmacy staff at the Brooklyn location have always gone above and beyond for me. Sometimes there is a long line, but they provide great service and are always kind and friendly.

Limes are long, service is terrible. They never have medication in stock to fill prescriptions. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

The pharmacy is slow and not very service-oriented. And despite having five employees working in the pharmacy, they close from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch. This is not mentioned in their text message indicating your meds are ready for pickup.

I haven't had to many issues on the store end of CVS, but the pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. While being asked for information to pick up my daughter's script, the kid behind the counter was more concerned about answering his message on his phone than he was inputting my information so I had to tell him again, I was told 15 minutes which isn't a problem but I went back 25 minutes later and was told it will be 20 minutes, I said cool it was 15 minutes 25 minutes ago but okay. (Mind you my daughter just left the doc after a really bad asthma flare up so she was exhausted and miserable) I asked my mom to go back in to get her medicine because I didn't want to deal with them... And coincidentally, the script that I've had no issue getting with her insurance is and never has been covered... Make that make sense. When my mom asked when they stopped covering it, the pharmacist (Lindsey I believe) was extremely rude and said oh well it's not covered so we just ran it under a discount code. (This was all just today, but the non stop issues I've had with this pharmacy is ridiculous)The staff is always rude and act so bothered when you ask a question. Just walking up to the counter I get dirty looks... They need a lesson in proper customer service. Because the way they have treated not only me but others in this community is not okay. I will be calling customer relations and I hope more people who have had issues will do so.This was my last straw I will be transferring all my scripts elsewhere.

A great store and pharmacy with helpful and pleasant staff. Although they are understaffed (like everyone), they do a great job serving the customers. The store is also a UPS drop-off site.

Rudest place ever been going here for about half a year now give or take. Always when ever I call I'm hold at least 15 to 25ish minutes only to be talked to like I'm mentally challenged and in the most condescending tone like if ya don't like your job go get another one don't take it out on your customers I could even understand if it was like ounce every few times but it's like 100% without fail rude if ya go in and rude if ya call

It seems you have to be rude to work at this pharmacy. They hire new staff (this includes the pharmacist) and somehow they're even more rude than the staff before them. I've heard endless complaints from people in my community that have experienced the same mistreatment. I recently called CVS customer relations and told them everything I've written here and detailed my experiences. I wish more people would call, as our community deserves better.

The staff is always rude to us and the pharmacy staff is especially rude. We have not had one visit to this location that had gone smoothly. Often we have to make multiple visits because something goes wrong the first time and a prescription is either messed up, the item was sent to the wrong location, the pharmacy closed early, or we were unable to even find an item we needed. On our most recent visit we were unable to return a $6 item because we were told there was "no cash in the till" as I watched another customer pay in cash with a $10 bill. We were also unable to pick up our prescription because the pharmacy had closed early after being told on the phone it had closed at 5 when in reality it had closed three hours prior at 2...already closed when we had called. It could have saved us the drive if they could have just said it wasn't even open.

Terrible costumer service!! And with 6 people working they need to shut completely down in the middle of the day for "lunch". I hate going there and being treated badly. Mom had been getting rx's there for years. Not much longer!
