Great Lakes Ace is a one-stop-shop with a good selection of items, from backyard and BBQ supplies like grills and fire pits to power tools, paint, and hardware like stainless steel carriage bolts. The associates are committed, courteous, very friendly, and very helpful, often going above and beyond to serve customers. They greet you upon entering and help find what you need. The store offers convenient online shopping with home delivery and pick-up. However, the registers can be slow, sometimes leading to waits. Overall, it is a great place and a popular gathering point for many brands and projects.

Over the Memorial Day holiday, I was attempting to locate a Blackstone griddle that was advertised as being in sale at multiple stores. Donna at the front checkout and store manager James were great in assisting me in my purchase of the griddle.
