The owner of this park is so rude! I'm not sure how he gets anyone to rent/ buy from him. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Management definitely needs work on their customer service along with the overall up keep of this mobile home park. You can tell they truly do not care about their residents and it shows.

When I first moved here in 2000 the management was on top of everything. Then of course years past and the park went down hill. BUT. GREAT NEWS. NEW OWNERS. And they cleaned it very nice. And very nice people to have to actually deal with..

New nice owner very motivated to make trailer park better. It has greatly improved since new ownership. Some of the Older trailers there have been completely redone. However...some tennants in park are a bit of a bother....but most are ok. Garbage pick up is "usually" on Mondays in the Evening...or whenever they show up.
