This has probably been one of the best branches I’ve been to. While everyone is so warm and welcoming, Nicole that works in Guest Services in the back has a 10/5 stars in my book. Her eagerness to help and handle any situation or problems you may have is pristine, her guest service is absolutely amazing, and the fact that she is kind and an all around good person with impeccable work ethic is just the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this branch!

Leaving this Bank. ATM is always having trouble. And the holidays ,your not getting your check early like other banks. You will get it friday regardless. And if friday is a holiday. Your not getting ur direct deposit till next business day.

Unfortunately I was one of the billions of people who had my account information stolen! I was frustrated, inconvenienced and just didn’t know what to do! Tiffany was the best! She was incredibly professional and was so helpful down to my emotional needs! This woman deserves a raise and I highly recommend doing business with her!

no listing for phone number for local branch, ATM machine outside was swallowing people's cards all day on Sunday. Have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get through to someone

I have never had a single issue with anything. Only time I've gone into the Brownstown branch was the day I signed up like 7 years ago. The digital check deposit and the ATM depositing cash is flawless. They keep improving and adding more to their plate. I recommend anyone to use them and to at least check them out. I honestly cannot think of a complaint. I see issues from previous clients and I have never had to wait more than 4-5 minutes to speak with someone about a question I've had.

I deposited $80 dollars into the ATM at this location, and the ATM did not except my some of my money and gave me back $40 dollars then stated it only excepted $20 dollars. When it prompted me to say amount correct I said no not correct. Then the slot where you incert your money closed and I lost $40 dollars. I called my bank to see if maybe it ended up getting deposited the next day and it did not. I tried calling this Credit Union to contact someone there directly and got in touch with a 1800 number that is not helpful to me because I am not a member there. So until this credit union has a number for people to get a hold of it this location this review will remain up here. When I call my credit union MichiganLegavcy they answered right away and have an actual branch number. Rather than a 1800 number that does no good.
