I'm not happy about the company's new change in your strawberry smoothie rule now. You don't want to put ice cream inside the smoothie to help enhance the flavor taste and now, it cost $4 extra to add ice cream in the smoothie, knowing that it is already expensive as is. Way to go guys. You just ruined your greatest smoothie drink because of your greed. And no, don't try to say is because of shortage and Covid-19 cause neither of them didn't stop the smoothie from selling with optional ice cream to add into it.

This review is more about people than products. We went inside to have a scoop of ice cream. My kids are shocked to see employees' behavior. I do not recommend anyone to go with kids. If there is no option, take the drive-through rather than going inside. Hope they get better customer centric training...

I am not happy at all, I have been coming here for two year and today will be my last day coming here. I bought 3 of their 2 scoop bowls and the lady charged me for 3 she said I jave 3 scoop bowls but I showed her I only had two scoops in them she said no there is 3.....I paid and left but who ever is allowing this girl to run the Baskin-Robbins should think twice.....I was over charged.

GOOD - they accept ApplePay - strawberry ice cream is yummy! BAD I usually get 24oz of fresh packed ice cream. For the first time, I noticed that I was overcharged - the price on menu board is less than what the register charges you. It took way too long to get that corrected!

Wife and I each had a milkshake. Was literally like flavored milk. Completely liquid. It was disgusting. Won’t be back.

I would not have left a star if I had the option. The sales representative Kathy was horrible. Her customer service was poor. Another staff who was not on the clock was horrible as well. Rethink the visit or contact Ferris the owner. DEMAND BETTER SERVICE.

Slow service, emploees are more interested in talking. 2 each other or personal phone calls than waiting on customers, act like they are doing you a favor

Gotta give their cake guy such credit. Ordered a turtle pie that they have on website but he'd never made before and it was perfect . Great customer service !

Usually I have great service but a woman working tonight gave me the worst attitude and refused to wear gloves. Even tho the other employees were wearing gloves.
