The prices seem reasonable. The vacuums are available, but it is not sure if they are free. Some customers had problems, such as being charged incorrectly, but the owner tries to make things right. The foam brush was very foamy. Big Bay made my F250 look like a Tonka toy. Good car wash, would go again.

Couldn't use the credit card reader. It wouldn't scan my card. Lost pressure in the rinse cycle, so I couldn't finish rinsing my car unless I put more money in the machine. I had already put plenty in, so I'm pretty disappointed. Lost at least 60 sec of good rinsing time.

My credit card was charged $24 for an $8 wash by accident. I have proof of transaction through bank statment. The phone number is no longer in service and i cant get hold of owner. Im hoping they read this and make this right. We can all chalk this up as honest mistake and still be in good standing. Respectfully, Mike Olson
