This Coinstar machine is in Kroger by the self-checkout. Had no issues with the machine. You can exchange your coins for (a limited selection of) printed gift cards without them taking a fee, by the way.

Service desk is absolutely ridiculous. Went here yesterday around 7:30 pm with my girlfriend for her to pay a bill. After waiting around for about 10 minutes just to be told that the service desk was closed, even though there is a sign that reads " Service desk open from 8am to 8pm everyday." When I ask the women behind the counter about the sign she responds with were short staffed we closed it down early. As I go to leave the parking lot not even 5 minutes later i see the same 2 women outside smoking. So today try to go here again to pay the bill around 11am just to be told by a different woman who is sitting behind the desk with a fan pointed at her that the service desk is closed yet again. No reason was given.

I usually love Kroger brand roll morning sausage but I decided to buy the big roll from the frozen section and it's all fat, made 5 slices of sausages and got a whole bowl of fat and it tasted like all fat, had to throw it all away, what a waste!!!! ?

The workers closed the store at 9:00 pm and this store is always dirty and you cant find anybody to help you with anything. the Meijer down the road is much better and closes at the correct time.

This has always been the favorite Kroger location to me. Everything is always well stocked and neat, and the store is clean ... but most of all, it's the people working there that always make my visit worth it. Always love to see Shane (best at keeping those shelves reliably full and always a smile!!), Bree, Kyle, Grace, Terry, and miss Madison so much! What a great team!
