The worst bank ever to deal with. Absolute 3 ring circus. They don't make new debit cards when yours wears out so you have to shut your card off first, order a new card, and wait a week for delivery. Their 3rd party debit card company is a complete joke if you need more than $2k in one day. Trying to send money with their 3rd party Zelle will take at least 6 phone calls to both the 3rd party vendor and the local branch itself because they'll both lock your account after set up, then they'll tell you to contact each other because the other still has your account locked. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable bank or credit union instead of wasting your time with these idiots.

I went to get money from their ATM, it only provided $20 (as most ATMs), went inside for change - but because I wasn’t a member of their credit union I couldn’t they couldn’t provide it. Not a way to engage for new customers. Now I know to only use them for ATM and not for banking needs, certainly don’t want to be their customer.

I used to LOVE this bank but after my interaction with Jenna in drive thru I have a whole new perspective on how I see this bank. I've been with them for over 5 yrs! I NEVER had an issue until today not only did they refuse to give me a manager they cut me off and turned the camera off on me and gave me a snotty attitude. I worked in a federal bank for over 6 years I know how things work this is NOT customer service.

I was approved for an auto loan 3 years ago with community focus credit union. They have been outstanding with me every time I called, went in or any questions I had. Today I paid off my auto loan!! I live out of state so Katelyn Tolstyka helped me close my account and guided me along the way. Everyone there has been amazing. I would definitely do business with them again! Thank you!

Normally come here to use the ATM, and yesterday I went to make a deposit, and the deposit function was not available, so I had to drive to another credit union a few miles away

I am planning on leaving this CU. I joined in 2019 and this is my last year. I have issues with from loans to the app. I joined Michigan FDCU recently and had a bankruptcy in 2019 and they gave me a loan, thinking that I asked what I thought was my greatest chance with CFFCU, to only have them deny me twice. I don't know where they are getting their information on giving out loans but I am going to close my accounts and leave asap. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Been doing my banking with them for about 5 years now, and I have never had an issue. Would have given them 5 stars if their ATM machine wasn't down so often.

I used to LOVE this CU. Some of my now adult kids have already left and others have been begging me to switch for years. I have realized my loyalty is to my detriment. Their app doesn't work a large percentage of the time and that causes me to not be able to move money into the appropriate accounts after hours to cover ACH payments going out. They never have manager call me back as promised when I call about this and have started charging me overdraft fees when it's NOT MY FAULT the app doesn't work. They have ONE BRANCH that is 40 mins from where I moved to over 10 yrs. ago. When you have ONE BRANCH, YOUR APP NEEDS TO FUNCTION. My kids have been stranded in other states without being able to move money to their checking so they can use their debit cards. And the new team of employees seems to know NOTHING about anything. It's sad but I'm leaving as soon as my beginning of the month auto-pays come out. I have been a member since National Steel FCU, over 20 yrs. My brother, who brought me into the CU left almost 10 yrs. ago for some of the same reasons. Awful technology. I hate to say it but I don't think Community Focus is going to be around much longer. Essentially stealing money via fees caused by not having an app that allows you to move money around after hours. Then arguing that I should have moved the money two days before the ACH's instead of the day before, as if I would have known that the app was not going to be working or as if that's acceptable or my fault. No better than the unethical big box banks, therefore I have ZERO reason to stay with this CU.

Bank manager has nasty attitude towards customers. Not your kind and friendly neiborhood bank at all. The manager up there told me that she was the highest number I could get to report something. She said no number existed to report something or someone just with a rude attitude. Come to find out there are numbers listed online to reach out to sombody. I think the owner or higher ups need to no about this lady and how she acts towards customer's.they need to do something about her or I'm taking out my money and closing all accounts.
