I just want to say today I received the BEST customer service in a very long time and it’s all because of Donald. This man is amazing. More businesses would flourish and people would be so much happier if every customer service experience was like this. Everybody needs Donald! Thank you for allowing me to still have hope in humanity. CVS hold on to this man!

The worst customer service possible. Went to have a script filled. Spoke with both the pharmacist and assistant. I have had trouble with CVS filling the script. Asked for advice on seeking an alternative med since they could not completely fill the script for over a year. They did have 12 hour med but not the 24 hour to cover my script. However the pharmacist was more concerned with the price point since my med was covered under insurance than taking care of my needs. Once a new customer came up both ignored my presence for 5 minutes. I left at that point and will be sure to switch all meds out of CVS. Hopefully a regional manager can take a look at video and help both ladies with understanding customer service is still important.

Very rude customer service! Dirty store and expensive. A LOT better options around the area. I will never be back to this horrible store again.

Ben going there for over 30 years. Then my prescription Insurance got switched to CVS and they started denying me everything. 30 years of Customer Loyalty did not mean squat to them. They weren't smart enough to figure out that all I had to do was walk across the street. I will never set foot in that store again

They never fill prescriptions on time here. I always have to call them and then my doctor and play telephone tag just to get my medication days later. They also refuse to spell my name right on any of my meds. They're not rude or anything, though.

Very rude and unprofessional, one of the pharmacists didn’t give me a receipt then tried to give me trouble bringing something back 15 minutes later. Then after they get it all settled they give me the wrong amount of money back then aren’t trying to fix it because I’m missing my receipts

Completely disgusted by the customer service. Typically my usual CVS since I moved to the area during the pandemic. Every time I have ever come it has always been in the evening with the younger staff and they were exceptional. HOWEVER, today I came in and was met by an extremely different experience. The Store Manager here is extremely unprofessional and lacks a sense of customer service. The older woman was extremely rude and cut off multiple customers mid sentence and carried herself like a child. A line from the front register to the pharmacy and the Store Manager still refused to assist her cashier. I found food items that expired back in 2012, busted open bottles all over the place, it looked like nobody had cleaned that store in weeks. Im disgusted. Will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary.

Poor Rx. Just rude!! Why would anyone do business at this CVS? Answers question before its asked. And when I said that's not why I'm calling....accused me of being rude.If even I see this person again, I will ask for her to be fired regardless of where she works.

Rude pharmacy. Had the nerve to accuse me of being rude when I corrected a statement they made inaccurately. Answers questions before they are asked, assuming before knowing. I'm not the only one reporting this either... so long never again!!
