The people who work at this bank have no concept for personal boundaries.I was with my mom who was withdrawing money one day and my mom said, “My daughter is buying a house!” the bank teller responded by looking at me and saying, “You shouldn’t be cleaning your mother out of her savings.”My mom was just in there recently and got horrible treatment. They refused to print a document for her and made her run back and forth to the library at least three times. Then some psycho gave her a huge lecture about how she should turn power of attorney over to someone.Stuff like that is literally no one’s business, let alone a stranger who is supposed to be providing customer service.I will take my mom to a different branch entirely to close her accounts with Fifth Third.

The banker Rebecca Labadie cares more about pushing you to open savings accounts and use their prepaid cards vs listening to the reason you’re actually coming in. Horrible experience. I can’t close my account fast enough!As an update: I called their social media team, who sent my information along. I missed a call but was left a number to call back. I left 3 voicemails for this person and have yet to be called back. Their customer service is apparently abysmal in EVERY department.

Bank froze my accounts 2 weeks after I wired in my profits from my investment account. Nobody gives any information and the investigator don’t answer the phone. I will be leaving this bank after my account is returned to normal, I suggest you guys do the same. I provided proof of all my wire transfer and they still won’t give me any info.

When the Grosse Ile branch shut down some of the Fifth Third staff ended up at this location, and I still get better service from them than I have from almost any other bank, small or big, that I've ever been a part of, particularly from Valerie.

Nice friendly staff . They listen to everyone and take there time to make sure you feel like they are taking care of your banking needs .

This fifth third is horrible..my 90 year old grandma can move faster than these bankers. It hasn't happened just once, this is the third time it has taken 20+ minutes to deposit my check. In the drive thru. You all need to hire some more people. Or not make 1 employee take all of the customers. Cash me outside, cause I'm still here waiting..
