Flagstaff was a very refreshing change from my previous bank, of over 30 years! My old bank took more than 7 days to try to allow me to get money from a cash APP. I opened my new Flagstaff account and had access to the money in 5 minutes! Good bye old bank, P_C!!

My money was stolen and they did nothing to help me I will never ever bank with this bank. Quick to open you an account slow to resolve any issues .. The owner clearly only responds to the positive feed back. To all of you hard working people this bank is not for you

This is the worst banking center in history. Please KEEP YOUR MONEY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ARE SO POORLY RATED ITS BECAUSE OF THAT ASSISTANT MANAGER WHO IS HORRIBLE! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE TAKING THEIR MONEY OUT OF THE BANK USE A MORE REPUTABLE BANK LIKE CHASE OR EVEN CAPITOL ONE FOR THAT MATTER BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $500 IN OVERDRAFT FEES FOR NOT EVEN OVERDRAFTING YOUR ACCOUNT THEN WHEN YOU CALL AND TRY TO BE NICE TO THE LADY AND ASK FOR HELP THEY OVERTALK YOU CALL YOU OUT OF YOUR NAME AND LIE! FORGET THIS BANK NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE! STAY FAR FAR AWAY THEY ARE ALSO RACIST!

Horrible bank the assistant manager at this bank is the worst assistant manager in history what a roots email. I called to resolve something on my account and this lady did nothing but talk over me being rude to me and tell me things that had nothing to do with what I was talking about. I do not recommend this bank at all this is the worst Flagstar in the history of Flagstar bank the assistant manager here is the wrong choice of employees this assistant manager is the worst person I have ever dealt with and I will be personally Kelly my sister-in-law who is in broadcasting about my experience at this bank

Ive spoken to customer service about me wrongfully being charged on my account making my account overwithdrawn and he said it would get refunded which it wasn’t. Ive spoken to a guy that works in flagstar and he told me that they would do an investigation to see if the charges were actually a mistake, but the next day they charged me an extra $36.00 dollars for the first overwithdrawn fee that I’ve receive. He was no help at all. I will be changing my bank. Thanks for nothing.

Fairly awful bank. Annoying new ATM, no more deposit envelopes, low interest rates. Only accounts that give interest require $1k or 5k daily balance

I really love the staff at this bank. I brought my business accounts there over a year ago and they have been so fantastic with me. They know me by name and when I had an issue with one of my accounts they helped me set up a new one the same day. I honestly didn't think a bank could be so helpful, and I like that they're based in Michigan.

Worst bank on the planet to deal with during an insurance claim. Thankfully I was in the middle off refinancing and was almost done. I waited until financing was completed and had my insurance re-make the checks to the new bank. Yes....Flagstar is that miserable to deal with. Maybe if you live a block away it wouldn't be so bad, but I'm in KS. They wanted me to sign the insurance checks and send them to Flagstar. Then, they would hold the checks and the contractor has to submit a request to get paid! Then they'll pay a little, but hold back the other funds, Once more work is done they pay more...then once it's finished YOU get to pay $30 for an inspection out of pocket. Once inspection is done the contractor gets final payment. Oh, and by the way, they'll also have you running around all over town getting things notarized, faxed, scanned, copied....the list goes on. Run away...Run FAST.
