Service desk is absolutely ridiculous. Went here yesterday around 7:30 pm with my girlfriend for her to pay a bill. After waiting around for about 10 minutes just to be told that the service desk was closed, even though there is a sign that reads " Service desk open from 8am to 8pm everyday." When I ask the women behind the counter about the sign she responds with were short staffed we closed it down early. As I go to leave the parking lot not even 5 minutes later i see the same 2 women outside smoking. So today try to go here again to pay the bill around 11am just to be told by a different woman who is sitting behind the desk with a fan pointed at her that the service desk is closed yet again. No reason was given.

Disgusting store. Carts are rarely available. Filthy, smells bad in general and often of weed. Employees smoking cigarettes right outside the door so you can't avoid it.
Stock is iffy and some aisles are organized in... interesting fashion making it not intuitive in which some items would be vs any other grocery store. Looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s. Worst of all, shelves are stocked with items that expired months ago, so check carefully if you find yourself here. Corporate should investigate this location.

I usually love Kroger brand roll morning sausage but I decided to buy the big roll from the frozen section and it's all fat, made 5 slices of sausages and got a whole bowl of fat and it tasted like all fat, had to throw it all away, what a waste!!!! ?

The workers closed the store at 9:00 pm and this store is always dirty and you cant find anybody to help you with anything. the Meijer down the road is much better and closes at the correct time.

This has always been the favorite Kroger location to me. Everything is always well stocked and neat, and the store is clean ... but most of all, it's the people working there that always make my visit worth it. Always love to see Shane (best at keeping those shelves reliably full and always a smile!!), Bree, Kyle, Grace, Terry, and miss Madison so much! What a great team!

they need to put into consideration those with handicap benefits at the brownstown location on the corner of west and telegraph. its absolutely absurd to take away handicap spots to put their stupid online pickup spots that rarely get used there. it makes those who can't walk far have to now struggle even more cause kroger thought their employees needed to be closer to the store rather than the customers. if you want a pickup spot. thats fine. but put it somewhere out of the way where handicap people can still get to the door.

Our family are Meijer shoppers. We got a good card to Kroger and got dinners for the weekend, and honestly, never want to go anywhere Else for fresh food again. Two girls in the meat department (one was in training) made our experience enjoyable and memorable.
