“I was having trouble with the braking system and took it into the shop. Turned out that the master cylinder was in need of replacement. It was under warranty from November 2024. They replaced the part and did not charge for labor. It was a pleasant surprise for them to admit it needed repair and not have a balance to pay off. I highly recommend their services.”

“I just came back to MI after being stationed in Korea for 3 years. So I was super overwhelmed to come back to find out my car had some issues. After calling many mechanic shops, I stumbled upon this one. I asked if I could have my car looked at and they told me to bring it in. After maybe 30 minutes of waiting, I was told what was wrong with it and they could fix it on the spot! Now my car is back up and running smoothly. “Never knew this place even existed until my friend helped me call around for a rim…. Anyways Needed a rim and they were the only ones that had one for my car. The tire that was on it wasn’t good so they took the tire off my busted rim and put it on all for a fair price. “I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”
