“I cannot express how much I appreciate the gentlemen at this company!! I called in after getting a huge quote from Firestone to see how much I would have to pay to get a gasket cover replaced on my vehicle. He was very nice and very upfront with the amount that I would pay which was more than half less than what Firestone quoted and told me I could bring my car in right away so he could diagnose it and they actually ordered the part that day, and I had my car back the next business day. This is now my definite auto repair spot and I recommend others to use them as well!! Thank you for all your help and for not taking advantage of a woman trying to get her only means of transportation fixed.”

“I was having trouble with the braking system and took it into the shop. Turned out that the master cylinder was in need of replacement. It was under warranty from November 2024. They replaced the part and did not charge for labor. It was a pleasant surprise for them to admit it needed repair and not have a balance to pay off. I highly recommend their services.”

“I just came back to MI after being stationed in Korea for 3 years. So I was super overwhelmed to come back to find out my car had some issues. After calling many mechanic shops, I stumbled upon this one. I asked if I could have my car looked at and they told me to bring it in. But I could not get the truck to go faster than 43 mph. These guys were honest, they told me I needed front and back sensors replaced..
They only charged me $50 and I was back on the road...
I stopped at another place before them
This place started with a yellow MxxxS , they told me that I was looking at at least $300, that they had to do the entire brake system over while it's hooked up to the computer....

“Just going to tell my story. I live in Maryland, my daughter took my truck (01 GMC Sierra), to a music in Michigan. On the way home the engine lost oil pressure and locked up. Fortunately only a few miles from Rockwood. They towed it, diagnosed it and gave me a price for a used engine. I accepted the offer. 2 weeks later my daughter flew back to Michigan, drove the truck home, about 7 hours, no problem. That was the last week in June. My wife and I just returned from Cape Cod, a 16 hour round trip, no problem at all. Thanks Rockwood!”
