“2/13/2024My vehicle was in need of a few repairs, so I stumbled into Fellows shop on a Saturday morning.What a great find ! I discussed my concerns with Zach who diagnosed the probable issues quickly.We set up an appointment the following week. Issues were corrected after changing out a few parts. “I've been taking my car there for years. Newer cars that were no longer under warranty, cars as old as 2001 and cars with over 200,000 miles. When I was going to take a long driving vacation, I will go there at times to have my car inspected. I've had cars that have needed over $500 worth of work, cars that Ali has said it was just something minor and charged me $20 to fix and cars that he said it really weren't worth fixing. I've never trusted a mechanic so much in my life. I've even taken used cars there to have him check them out before buying them. I recommend every take their cars to him. This review probably sounds like I'm a relative, but I assure you that I'm not. If you're looking for a good, honest, fair auto repair shop you don't have to look any further!”

“We brought my nephews car in because an oil change place told us it had a transmission leak. We dropped it off the night before, by around noon the next day they had already looked at the car and let us know it wasn't a transmission leak at all. That it seemed like some oil had maybe spilled and was causing the leak. They also recommended an oil change place in the future. They were quick & honest which is very much appreciative. Even when we dropped it off, they were very friendly.”

“Wow... Just Wow!!! This gentleman is absolutely and genuinely a good person. He will not B.S you and I found him to be very reasonable with his pricing. I had a sway bar link I needed repaired and explained it has to be on a day where he could get it done the same day. 3 hours later he called and I was good to go. No extra B.S about "oh you need a new this&that soon" He will give you an honest assessment on your vehicle and you can drive away confident that you got a fair shake. Unlike some other mechanics I've dealt with in the past. I've used his shop twice now and Dan is by far, bar none THE BEST you will find!!!”

“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”
