Ted the mechanic was able to squeeze me in and was super knowledgeable, kind, honest and did great work on my Escape. It was done by the next day. The prices were super fair too. “This review is long overdue. Over the summer, my car engine seized on the highway an hour away from home, and after waiting hours for an insurance tow truck that never showed, I called On the Hook Towing. Jesse showed up in under 20 minutes, and after promptly, skillfully, and professionally getting the car situated, he had us on the road. I had mentioned to Jesse that I had planned to go to another random auto shop nearby that I assumed was the only one open at the time, and to my good fortune he recommended Moe's Tire and Auto as the best in the area. I'm usually very skeptical in matters like these, but once welcomed and settled, Moses accurately assessed a faulty oil filter with no gasket ring that I had purchased earlier that day to be the cause of the engine seizure. He quoted me very fairly for the work and parts, and got to work within a very respectable timeframe. My car is still running great, and I couldn't be more grateful, as his testament to the issue ultimately helped me win most of the money back from the company I purchased the filter from initially. Truly patient, accommodating, and decent individuals that are knowledgable and carry out exceptional and honest work.”

“After one of the most stressful weeks I got a screw in my tire and woke up with a grumpy toddler. When I called to see if they’d even patch the tire the man on the phone said to me “we work around you not the other way around. Just bring it on in we’ll see you when you get here.” When we got there they fixed my tire and my toddlers mood lol
We left with a patched tire for cheap and my little dude got a candy bar and a big smile! I WILL be back!”

“Wow where do I begin?. I moved to Michigan (Metro Detroit Area) from Virginia Beach ⛱️, Virginia in 2001. Everyone experiences repair shops that just dont make the cut; either they are overly expensive or they are overly expensive and deliver poor service.
I have been taking my vehicles to Awada's Tire & Automotive Service for approximately 15 Years. Service is ALWAYS excellent. Sam and his team are knowledgeable experienced Master Automotive Technicians. I trust them and I trust their work. Their prices are reasonable; that said, price is never a factor providing the service done properly. Technicians are GOOD MEN and I look forward telling a few jokes??? and listening to a few jokes??? EVERYTIME I visit Awada's Tire. Awada worked on my sons car today; catalytic converter installed. In at 9am out before 12 noon...????????❤️.”

Dealer, Walt Oben. My friends there Waggoner and the Yurcheks both bought cars there. Great career for both male and female. Nancy Howey was our only salesgirl.My first retail dealership to work at was Gilbert Ford in Riverrouge, on Jefferson. This is where Downriver Chrysler Plymouth Imperial was originally. My dad got me the job here. 1968. I did pegboard accounting. Fixed operations, payroll, bank deposit. I was 181/2. Came here from Les Stanford Chevrolet, Dearborn. Also. did switchboard relief, and warranty credit memo.”
