Old fashioned excellent customer service.Limited space at pumps but my Coachmen Class B Campervan fit perfectly. Older style pumps - hit the START button to pump gas. Not recommended for larger RVs.

Ok ..entrance and exits are not big enough for motor homes or trailer if cars at pumps.

I've grew up in Buchanan going to Bp but over the years they've had some really nice employees and they've had really rude employees. They can't seem to keep workers and are hiring all the time. Which I think puts stress on the employees they do have and that's why the employees are not as cheerful and get annoyed easy. With as much as there card reader has been messing up I'm not surprised with how irritated some of the employees are. But people in Buchanan have to also consider that's not the employees fault but people take it out on them. I was in there when the machine went down recently and the lady in front of me kept yelling at the employee who was on the phone with the boss and stressed to the point of telling the boss she was about to just walk out. All the bad reviews about employees but in this town people expect the employees to be quick acting and know what to do. In my opinion the employee couldn't help that the system kept failing, she was trying her best to fix it in all the choas that was going on.

All these bad reviews, yet I fill up here every year after the motocross races (since 2006) and have only had 1 issue in 15+ years. Worker girl helped me out this past July, was very polite & helpful and even came out to the pump to fix my issue so I gave her an Arkansas Crystal . ✌
