They charge $153 for a nebulizer you can purchase at any online medical supply site for around $30-40. That $153 included what my insurance covered which means this company is really taking advantage of people! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!

Purchased product from this CPAP supplier approximately 4 years ago. I called seeking assistance with Phillips recall, as directed to do so by Philips, Before I could ask for any assistance the customer service agent interrupted me saying, “we ask that you take your business elsewhere “. Before I could explain the purpose of my call she repeated her request for me to take my business elsewhere and she hung up the call. I’m confused why I was treated so abruptly. It’s tough to understand how a business can run or grow by providing this level of customer service.

Woman who says she has worked there for 40 years answered the phone and was very condescending. Very distant and rude.

Couldn't even get to do business with this company as the woman answering the phone (Jeane, jeannie?) was so unbelievably rude when calling to find out some simple information regarding a wheelchair. This is not the first time we have had this experience when calling, either. Unfortunate that they are one of the only medical equipment facilities in the area for those who are sick or disabled to have to deal with or go elsewhere..

When I called I got someone who seemed to know the circumstances of my situation better than myself and my doctor. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional. I have a prescription for a replacement on a 6-year-old machine my previous machine is being recalled and they're going to send me a new one which is completely beside the point, my insurance company has agreed to provide me with a new machine that my doctor prescribed she was unwilling to help with that because she was insisting the other one is recalled, a completely separate issue. why would I not get a second machine through my insurance company when they've approved it, she instantly acted like I had no idea what I was talking about while she refused to listen to the circumstances of what I was telling her. Complete incompetence and unable to communicate due to her inability to listen to the actual details , very condescending I do not recommend these people, it was obviously beyond her ability to comprehend that the prescription was a different issue than the recall why would I not let my insurance company get me additional machine ?! Philips respironics is responsible for replacing the defective unit, different issue, my insurance company authorized the purchase of a new unit in the meantime issue at hand, I didn't call to argue with someone who's automatically assuming she knows the circumstances of my situation which are different than the circumstances of most people involved in the recall absolutely livid with this person because she's explaining to me my situation and refusing to let me explain it to her the way that it is arranged through my physician and insurance company. ZERO STARS

This is possibly the WORST company of home oxygen supply and equipment I have ever ever dealt with in my entire nursing career. I had to contact them regarding an emergency in a neighbor's home and the person I spoke to was so unbelievably rude, insensitive and completely unprofessional. The way she spoke to the patient's caregiver and to me as a registered nurse was unbelievable. Again never in my life have I ever dealt with such a disrespectful company. I would recommend Alicks home medical or lincare over this company any day, it is worth paying a little bit more and having outstanding service than dealing with these rude, unhelpful, unprofessional people. And unfortunately since they are locally owned there is no manager or anybody you can speak to about the way you're treated.

Super friendly owner, had exactly what I needed and for the best price in town. Delivered and picked-up when they said they would. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Jeanne was wonderful, she explained everything to me. They have a great inventory of medical equipment for home use. I would highly recommend Respiratory Home Care.

I am from out of state and forgot my son's asthma mask for his nebulizer. When I called and got the after hours call service, I asked if they knew where I could pick one up. I told him I was two minutes from them and they came in on a Friday night to give me what I needed. Thank you! you save my weekend with my sons!

For someone who stays in this area, I can see that Respiratory Home Care would be a good deal. It's a hometown small business that's been there for as long as I can remember. They are polite and responsive but I have to be the one that initiates the contact to check the machine and get supplies. The main problem I have is when we travel. There is no way that we can get help for malfunctioning equipment or get seldom used equipment other than to come home OR to get equipment from another source. And that's not cheap.

We had an out of town guest who required a recliner to sleep in after his shoulder surgery. We called Respiratory Home Care and they were excellent. They delivered and picked up the chair when they said they would. The price was reasonable. The chair was very clean. Previously they've helped us with our Dad when when he needed a part for his cpap machine that he forgot to pack ... they kept the store open a few minutes to wait for us to arrive. We're thankful to have them in our area. Excellent service! Highly recommend.
