They limited withdraws to 5,000 in one day out of checking or savings. Any time I wanted to withdraw money, I was forced to wait over a half hour in the drive thru while they wait for approval, because they cannot staff a manager in some locations. They will not open their lobby to customers without an appointment. If you want access to your money, I would recommend keeping it somewhere safer. The mobile app did not work after the first week and locked me out permanently.

Hours at most loctaions arent very good, main ones are buckley, copemish and bear lake they are awful with the hours of operation.

Tellers are always friendly, they know us by name, since it's a small town bank, everyone gets to know each other.

Inconsistent with check cashing. Nancy is completely rude, disclosed to my employer about my personal finances. Sarah is helpful and kind.
