I have had no issues with Steven's propane even after they have been bought out. I just ordered online Sunday night, and they were here Tuesday afternoon to deliver and texted me updates the whole time just as they have before. No issues and I have a semi-steep driveway.

I've been a customer of Steven's Propane for over a year now, and every time I have contacted them they have been polite and professional, and their driver was friendly as well.
January 2025
Called for propane, we are out. Still no propane 2 days later. Temperature in the teens. Now it's Friday and they are closed for the weekend. Had better service before the merge with Superior.
