Stopped just a few minutes before 8 am opening time with my kids to grab something the one forgot at home for school. Not open so did not mind sitting in parking lot for a few until they did open. A gentleman pulled in got out went to locked door. I told him they open at 8 when he came back to his vehicle. He said I know my wife is friends with the manager and they are having a hard time right now with staff. Understandable. She came to unlock door after 8 let the gentleman in while I was unbuckling my youngest. Locked the door again after letting the man in. What was that about? One would think if he was an employee he would say employee not manager is friends with my wife. Also watched another customer pull in and go to the door and walk back to car to check time. Went to door twice while we were getting in car to leave. Probably just as surprised as me the door was locked during business hours. Except she didn't see manager open door to let 1 "friend" in.

Sold me gift cards that don't work and told me there is nothing they can do to help. Awful customer service and disorganized. This new manager is running the place into the ground.

Funny getting amazing service from this little store in Michigan while I was traveling. The young lady Beth was helping me and my toddler. She really helped me get what I needed but the weird thing- she was the only person in the store working. Thank you Miss Beth for all of your attention and putting up with a crying baby. Elizabeth

This has got to be one of the worst stores I’ve ever been too. Don’t bother grabbing a cart you can’t fit it through any of the aisles they are so full of floor stacks, loose merchandise, uboats not being worked on, open step ladders. For a minute they had two aisles blocked with caution tape and stored all their full uboats in those aisles and wouldn’t allow customers in them. If someone from corporate sees this you need to know the people working there are doing absolutely nothing expect creating unsafe situations and OSHA violations. I had to put away the one item I could find that I wanted because I couldn’t continue to shop inside such a cluttered mess. The employees need to be held accountable.
