Allison Is The Most Unprofessional Person I Have Ever Met. Everytime Me Or My Fiancé Have Spoken With Her She Has A God Awful Attitude. ! Called To Wonder If My Dryer Has Been Delivered To The Store She Stated She Called Me Thursday Then When I Proceeded To Tell Her I Did Not Receive That Call Nor A Voicemail Stating To Call Back She Had The Worst Attitude Arguing That They Did.(I Have A Call Log & Verzion Log To Show Incoming And Outgoing Calls) This Is The 2nd Time She Has Treated Me As If I Am A Pheasant & It’s Not The Greatest Look For Her Nor The Store! I Pray She Gets Some Happiness And Stops Treating People As If Their The Dirt On The Ground! There Are Great People Who Work There, It’s A Shame She Makes The Whole Store Look Bad!!!

The court st location is horrible I applied online months ago but waited til I moved to actually get the item I wanted went in with a state issued id with more things to prove it's me they still sent me to secretary of state for a sticker they don't give went back and the lady said shes just gonna have to cancel my order

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Renting from this place was the worst decision I have ever made. I have not had my appliance since March 18th, 2023. Called FOUR times to have it picked up and every time no one picked the appliance up. They are charging me for an appliance I have not had since March. I called corporate and spoke with Michael, he said the regional manager would be reaching out to me and I never got the call or email. I just want this thing picked up and out of my hair so I don’t have to deal with this company again. I already emailed my experience @ Aaron’s multiple times and never get a response. So, please don’t tell me to email — GO GET THE APPLIANCE. I had one lady tell me when I called for a pick up tell me to bring it up myself……. Again, go get the appliance and stop with the harassing phone calls.

Place sends you pictures with electronic items on there and for 1.00 to start you can get this.... calls store and manager was like I don't let electronic items leave without a full monthly payment. Why send a flyer then I mean half the items people want are those. That's bait and switch. Same with the emails they have electronic items on them but when it comes time to check out.you get the switch.

Single mom didn’t have assistance with moving old couch in time for delivery of new one. Called to reschedule and Abby was rude. Never returned call back to reschedule after she stated she would, I had to call her back the following day even though I already paid 2 weeks up front for the merchandise. I called back to cancel due to her attitude when I called to get a new delivery date and she informed me I was going to be billed before receiving the product when they couldn’t deliver for another 2 weeks. I was more than willing to wait the two weeks, but I shouldn’t be getting charged for an item I don’t have possession of yet… I had done business with the Lapeer location up until this point and never had any issues they were very friendly every interaction I had. This girls attitude is unfortunate. Having worked as a retail manager for 3 years… this associate is a liability and costing your company money. Give customers a reason to CHOOSE your store when they have choice where they take their business and spend their money. Horrible customer service isn’t going to meet your sales goals.

I have gone to Aaron's before for a stove as I needed one right away but I wasn't a fan of the quality of the appliance. You get what you over pay for. I definitely mean over pay. The employees were friendly the first time I was there but compassion was not felt my last go around. Another aspect to this company is the amount of calls I receive since having paid off my agreement. Not only do I get calls from the local store, now I'm getting spam calls from the company in other states. Having to sit here and block numbers is getting old and a waste of time.

Horrible business do not recommend to any one I waited for a bed set that didn’t have all parts needed to assemble could not give me a date of when they will be in I assumed it would be another wait on top of everything it’s another wait for my refund that it is bad business I will let all my family know to not do business with them ever again for my miss fortune alone I don’t like to feel played before I got to this point I asked the young lady what are my options to make things right she said I could come in find something. On floor which likely would raise my monthly or I can get a refund smh that’s why yaw have 3.7 stars now no business mindset activated to make the customer happy

We waited a month for our furniture and it showed up damp from them cleaning it. The delivery guys were very nice but kinda wished they would of waited till it was dry got rid of all my furniture then didn't wanna sit on it for the first 24 hrs. Otherwise an overall good experience.

This is now the second time our account has been overdrawn and put in the negatives because they charged my card that was supposed to be removed from my account the last time. THEY WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AND NOW ONCE AGAIN DID. THEY WERE INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MY CARD AND DIDNT. ONCE IM DONE WITH THIS AGREEMENT I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! This place is a joke.

Where do i even start.... Lets see lets start with the fact that it takes over 2 months to get my item repaired or replaced because of cheap products... Or the fact that i was a member for a year and switched to a new store cause i moved and magically "We have to have a card on file" but again i already was a member for 1 year with no card on file before.... Or the fact that they promised they would NOT charge my card until the 3rd of every month to ensure they wouldnt OVERDRAW my account and the 2nd month they have it on file they OVERDRAW my account on the 31st.... While also charging me for the item thats being repaired and not in my possession... I wouldnt recommend this company to my dog. Also good luck ever talking to a manager unless you go in cause they never call you back. Bad customer service, cheap products and liars is what you deal with at this store.
