Unhappy. I could hardly hear the person I was speaking to as it was very loud in his background, his heavy accent made it even more difficult. After placing the order for propane, he told me about the $8.99 charge. I told him I would place my order online, if a charge was be accessed. He told me it was too late. I told him that he should have informed me about the extra charge before placing the order. He still refused to reverse it.Contacted by customer service, they reversed the charge.

I just switched propane companies because you want to charge me DOUBLE the price per gallon than most other companies charge.

I signed up to be a new customer and customer service seemed to be great to get me signed up initially. Since then i had set up for my tank to be installed and filled for last Friday between 1pm and 4pm, a very rude woman named ruth called me last minute to reschedule my delivery which i was very upset about because i had arranged to be out of work because someone has to be there for the first fill. She rescheduled it to this Thursday 12-7 and i arranged to be out of work again. Rude ruth then called me today 12/4 to reschedule my delivery again!! I was very excited to use amerigas at first who seemed to have great rates but at this point as i need propane ASAP and continue to keep getting rescheduled i am not sure amerigas is the right fit and ruth was extremely rude on the phone and told me to call and complain to whoever i want that she is the coordinator and they will go to her anyways which has left a bad taste in my mouth with this company already. I am now looking into other options since i cant seem to actually get a fill, customer service could care less, and each call you wait on hold 10+ minutes. Poor customer service.Update my propane delivery was rescheduled for the 3rd time! At this point i am about to run out and i cant get through to any customer service either. Also update they tell you to reach out to them to discuss further on here and i did and have heard nothing back! They do it to look good and nothing has been resolved. I just want my propane..

This was the FIRST good experience since transitioning from Hamilton Propane to Amerigas early this year. The gentleman delivering the propane was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was given an invoice and I discovered that finally after months the results of what one of your CS reps told me on the phone and gave me a conf # for had actually been handled. I was very pleased and hope that all interaction with Amerigas is like this moving forward. So glad I didn't have to call and speak to one of your out of the country reps.

When I signed up in November of 2022, I SPECIFICALLY made sure we were on the monthly payment program. SPECIFICALLY signed up with Amerigas for that. It is now almost JULY 2023 and they have STILL not straightened it out. They said I have to pay $X amount first, ok, I pay it even though it cuts me short for the month. This I have done TWICE now and it STILL ISN'T FIXED. this is not ok. And when you call customer service, they have a script because they're outsourced to other countries and they have NO POWER to fix things. "Ok, I'll send this to thesupervisor. A supervisor will call you back" - but there's no call, no notes, nothing is done. They dont care. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst gas company ever. If you enjoy endless time on the phone and being cold you will love it. For anyone else who likes heat and competitive prices you will hate this company. Ordered a fill they came out and only delivered 50 gallons. I needed 200 They said the tank was full. Then they tried to charge me 300.00 for an emergency fill.Stay far far away from Amerigas. Go with a local company who depends on their customers to survive.

AmeriGas refuses to refill my stores cage. Even tho I have a cage full of empty containers, the company says they are 6 weeks behind because of lack of empty containers.

Wow, not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from.... Hmmmm. I would give a zero if i could.…Ridiculously cumbersome process to order a gas fill. Terrible, terrible customer service. I spent over 15 minutes trying to get a tank fill scheduled. Then I was told it would be seven days ….? And it’s not like their prices are great ($500 for 60 gallons delivered).

This is by far the worst company i have ever tried to spend money with. I waited on hold for over 2 hours to then finally talk to someone and get transferred around to multiple people. I was guarnteed a fill today and now we have no heat after waiting over a week for a fill. I dont understand how your company is in business how you treat customers. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR WITH YOUR COMPANY AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER USE YOU!!!

They were very prompt and super nice. I ordered my propane on the Friday after thanksgiving and they stated they could be out anytime within the next week. They were out the very next day!
