I had an issue with a damaged phone so i came in for an upgrade. Leviticus and his team helped make the transition easy. Also helped back everything up from my icloud. Everyone was polite and very helpful! I highly recommend.

I was in at the store about a week ago. Had the best experience, the store is super clean and Britney was so helpful. She got me switched over from Verizon without any problems. The last time I had to do this process. It was a headache and I gotta tell you. She made it a great transaction. Way e to go brittany

Miranda went above and beyond helping with an upgrade and issues with our business account and they way it was set up. She stayed after closing to make sure our issues were resolved and was an absolutely joy the entire time. Will definitely be coming to see her in the future for other issues even though I live closer to the Grand Blanc store. Wish I could give her 10 stars, she was great!
