Staff wasn’t helpful and they messed up setting my new phone up and just decided to give up and lie to me that it would just finish on its own. Had to research and start completely over.

I do not have an issue with the AT&T service BUT what I do have a problem with is given the incorrect information. We ordered a phone in store Sunday on the 12th and literally was told the phone should be there Tuesday. We’re not seeing updates from ups on the phone so that makes it worse. It’s almost the end of the week no phone. Should have said expect to wait 7-10 days not two. The store is not responsible for how fast an order gets to a customer but you are responsible for giving customers actual information

Was super helpful and fast. Normally going to get a new phone is somewhat stressful. But Dominic was very insightful and got us what we needed in a quick, smooth transaction. We will be coming to the Burton AT&T store from now on.

Evelyn was the best my old phone was broken and she helped me select a new phone, which I love Z fold phone. Evelyn was kind, patient, and walked me through the process with ease. I am extremely impressed with ATT. She was even convincing enough to get me to sign up for auto pay plus look for money saving deals for me.

We went in to get the new iPhone 15 pro max…I believe her name was Katelyn who helped us. But she did amazing. She got us seated right when we got in and took care of us. She explained everything to us and was very honest with everything. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Katt T. At the Burton location today. She was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. Katt made everything so simple and quick. In the end I purchased another phone and two watches. I am so excited about my new purchases and extremely pleased with the customer service today!

We are so happy we chose to go to this location on Center Rd! Our customer service experience was A+ with Dominic! Came to trade in our old phones for the iPhone 15 Dominic was so knowledgeable, the process was smooth, and we ended up leaving with also the Apple Watches 9 and internet- great salesman haha but the service is great and the prices and deals were unbeatable.
