Ordered batteries on-line and I was contacted by the store to discuss the availability of the batteries I selected and the store employee guided me to a better battery for my application. When I arrived at the store, they were ready with my order and helped me load the new batteries into my truck. They also picked up cores from my truck and took care of them. Very helpful and friendly staff. I will shop here again in the future.

I can NOT say enough about the young man ,Connor, that helped me with my headlight bulb today. I bought a bulb for my car over 2 weeks ago ,at a local auto store,yet I couldn't find anyone to install it for me because everyone thought they had to remove a bolted bar first, but Connor took time to really look at it for me and discovered tho there were a few complications that it could be changed without removing the bar. And he fixed my light in less than 5 minutes. I can't say THANK YOU enough...Cause I was really concerned about the inconvenience of being stopped by the police. Connor, Thanks again.YOU ROCK!!! :-)

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Connor was the biggest help ever! He spent so much time trying to help my demon car to work.My charger decided to stop registering my key fob as it's own a few days ago. It kept going into stranger danger 'that's my purse, I don't know you' mode and would refuse to turn over with it's OG key fob. I had brought in a replacement key fob and the devil car decided not to cooperate and allow it to be programed for it. After that my OG fob stopped locking/unlocking my doors.Connor tried testing the battery, unhooking the battery, checking my fuses, reading my owner's manual, looking online, finding a secondary fuse box- he really did everything and anything he could to get my car to just do what it needed to do. In the end he cleaned out my OG fob and the pos charger decided it was no longer being carnapped and finally turned over. We couldn't get the new fobs to work- but at least my OG fob is now registering!Connor made a very stressful time actually enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel bad I do not remember his co-worker's name but he did say it was his first few days on the job! He was super helpful and had me laughing the entire time too! 10/10 I'd recommend!

Batteries plus is my go-to for batteries, especially those that are hard to find. Recently had to grab a pair of U1 350 CCA batteries for a customer's generator, and Batteries Plus had them when no one else did. Thanks, Batteries Plus!
