While CTI couldn't help us with our phone issue, Paxton took the time to call me with a couple phone numbers for another service providers and one of them was able to help us! So we used this company for quite some time. They have had lots of turnover after Jeff started running the business. I had them work at a few different businesses for me over the past 5 years and none went smoothly yet I continued to use them as I did not know I had many options. We have had issues with the service they provide for at least the past year and they were not willing to figure out the problem, and they always blamed it one someone else. Once we realized the problems we were having revolved around CTI we decided to use another company moving forward. At this point Jeff and his team were rude and not helpful. Our new company also reached out to them to try and help us transition but CTI has been rude and disrespectful. All I can say is make sure you get a few quotes and do not just assume CTI will do what they say. Years ago they were a good company but things have changed. I also suggest that they treat women with respect because my team was not treated well.
