I 3 very rude phone calls with Membership services that lasted 30 minutes or more to give me information most institutions could've given within seconds. There employees answer managers have little to no training in customer service or common courtesy. Ladies and gentlemen avoid at all cost.

1. I had to request a new PIN. It took them *8 weeks* to get me a new one, so I could finally use the ATM. 2. I'm STILL locked out of my account on the app. I've tried 5 times and none of them can fix it, so I can't manage my account. 3. The app doesn't have 24-7 tech support, so don't have any problems, unless it's during bank hours. 4. The lines at the drive up tellers are an extremely long wait. I know much of that is on the customer, but I've waited 45 minutes for 2 cars.With the pathetic tech support, I just took all my money out and I'm going to Elga or Dort Federal on Monday. I'm going to scroll the reviews and check the benefits on both before I decide which one I'll use.I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT BANKING HERE!!!

Sat in the drive up for over twenty minutes without being addressed by anyone after filling out paperwork for a deposit and check cash. It looks like there is only one employee working both drive up and walk ins. Only one other car in drive up.

I'm not pleased, I've been to both buildings that said they would be open till 12:30 on Saturday's and they were closed!

No fee ATM for most Debit cards. And the line is always quick.
