I've taken my car here a few times and this very recent time I had the most unprofessional experience! Keith does good work but this particular time he screwed me over BIG TIME! I payed over 4400 to get car fixed , and he put on a used subframe from vendor without inspecting it and clearly seen the extensive rust on the part and proceeded to lie and tell me the part was good even tho I had it inspected by another local mechanic and they told me it was a rotted out subframe. Not even 3 days later the car later I had to take it back just for them to do some cover up rigged work on the car so it temporarily fixed the issue but not long after the whole subframe broke and they wouldn't even consider any type of responsibility for it. Now I'm out of 4500 dollars and they won't do anything. Had to take this issue to court. I wouldn't recommend this place EVER !!!!!!!!!!

I was in Michigan helping to care for my mom. Two days before I was supposed to return home, my truck starting making a funny noise and running funny. Then the dash showed several errors. I took it to H Tech per a family member's recommendation as they had done a great job with their vehicle. The quote was pricy so I sent the quote to our mechanic in Indy who confirmed the price was reasonable. Not only were they able to fix it, but they had it done fast. I was able to drive back to Indiana with no issues. It has been over a month and still no issues. I would definitely use them again if I have vehicle issues while in Michigan.

My 77 year old mother was sent Hi Tech services through her insurance to jump her car. Her battery was dead and the employee told her he could help her. He ended up charging her $336 for the car battery and $88 for the work. HI Tech you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Below Hi Tech has written that “they only use original parts” and that she needed an AGM battery. Interestly enough, there are cheaper AGM batteries available. I did some calling around, and the highest price including installation with the original type of battery out the door was $250, and that was at a dealership.
You may have fooled my mother, but you’re not fooling anybody else.

I went to get a small service done today and they said it could be fixed with an even smaller service saving me over $100! Got it done super fast too. So nice and very honest😊

Being a woman I often worry about getting taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. However, NOT the case. They were honest with me and told me my brakes were new and the squeaking sounds is from cheap brakes. Thank you very your honesty. A place you can trust.

Fast, friendly, and they got my air conditioning working! It's so nice having cold air on a hot day! I would say this place was very expensive, but I would recommend. You get what you pay for and I received the services and hospitality that I needed. Happy customer.
