“First time in a LONG time where I was helped with EVERYTHING I needed. Matt is an AMAZING employee! He is what every employee should use as an example. He approached my fiance and myself, asked how we were doing and if we needed help. He went all over the store with us to help us find everything we were looking for. In the past, we have walked through this store countless times with no help and no acknowledgement. Customer service is not what it used to be, but Matt definitely restored my faith in humanity (at least at Home Depot). GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!”

I was looking for a gift and wasn’t sure what to choose, but he took the time to walk me through several options and explain everything clearly. He was very kind and made the whole process much easier. It’s rare to find customer service like that, and I truly appreciated his help.
