I’ve had nothing but problems with this branch, and particularly since my husband died. They do not know how to manage business accounts, do not return phone calls, have great difficulty with trusts, and shouldn’t even be in business. I wish someone higher up in Huntington would help train them. And what’s worse, although my husband’s been with them since way before it was Huntington on Richfield Rd—more than 30 years—we’ve never been able to secure a loan from them! I’ve always had to call my credit union & I’d be approved the next day. They’ve lost over $150,000 in loan interest! ??♀️

This is the worst bank that I have ever had an account. No one should be treated as nasty and unprofessional ,and unfair as I have been. I am closing my account.

FYI-Huntington Bank will close your account, not inform you, leave your online banking active, allow you to transfer money into the (closed) account, delete your online banking in the middle of the night, let you make ANOTHER transfer into a closed account, and when you open the app to see you mysteriously don’t have any accounts anymore, they will keep you on the phone for 2 hours while they try to “figure it out”, then tell you that you have to wait until Monday and physically go into a branch to go get your money. When you go to the branch they will then tell you they have no idea where your money is because they can’t “see” it in their systems because you don’t have any open accounts with them. Now my money is lost in space somewhere with no way to retrieve it (I’m still fighting but it was a bank holiday the next day so I was told to just “wait it out until Wednesday and let’s see what happens”. I will give them credit for pure shamelessness though…they did ask me 3 different times if I would like to open a new account while I was there. I said, “Absolutely, with my money that you already have”. Needless to say, I do not have a new account.

It's sad when only one teller works on a Friday, and branch manager doesn't ever work to help customers. This location has gone downhill

This branch allowed a family member to come in with my check and cash it without any type of proper identification ...it clearly said my name and they did not have authorization to even cash it ..this is a federal offense ...I'm shocked by how unprofessional and untrustworthy this branch is ...they have not yet to release the school back the money at all knowing that this was fraud !!!!
