Jackson Hewitt burton is the absolutely WORST Jackson Hewitt I’ve ever used, and I’ve only done my taxes through Jackson Hewitt. About two weeks ago JACKSON HEWITT called me and asked if I’d like to file early with my last paycheck stub, and they set me up a appointment, I went in on the day of my appointment and the lady at the desk told me they weren’t running that promotion anymore even tho they called me and asked me to book the appointment, and said I would need my w-2 to file. I got my w-2 and went to the grand Blanc Walmart location where the lady said she was booked for the day, but they had nothing booked for that day at the court street location, so I decided to go there, when I got there I found a empty booth, I called them and they then told me that location was also booked for the day, after telling me they had a clear schedule. So then I decided to go the court land mall location, when I got into the office it was empty besides the employees, I asked the lady if I could do a drop off, she let out a scough and said I guess I can just do them now, it took about 10 min and the whole time her and the other co workers were just repeatedly complaining about how long of a day they had and how they couldn’t wait to leave and this was at 3pm in the afternoon, I felt like such a inconvenience, I don’t feel like they tried at to get me the money back I deserve, I’m a single working mom of 3 kids no fathers involved and normally I get no less then 10,000 back, she only got me 650 dollars back, would allow me to be head of house even tho i am the only one who could be, If I were you I wouldn’t use them they are a waste of money, I’m getting 300 and something back after paying them for 10 min to do nothing for me. I’ve used Jackson Hewitt always, Jackson Hewitt in burton will never see my business again! It doesn’t allow me to give zero stars but that’s what they deserve. Really Hope something gets done about this, they shouldn’t be able to treat customers the way they do!!Jamie Barnes (burton Michigan)

I had a ball talking to the Jackson Hewitt representative. We joke and laughed the whole time my taxes were being filled. I felt like family with the positive vibes there!

I just tried to call and make an appointment for my fiance. That lady who answered is so RUDE. Like I'm inconveniencing her. I know what lady it is to because she's rude any time I have ever came into that court st office. Don't be in customer service if you hate customers. Never will I or anyone else that I can tell not to go here.

Our tax preparer was very knowledgeable and very nice. I am very happy with our experience using Jackson Hewitt. I guess I was spoiled from my old tax preparer, he retired. I was used to paying about $100, this was 6× what I am used to. But aside from the cost, I would recommend them to others.

The one at courtland plaza was phenomenal. My son was able to run around and flirt w the ladies (hes 4) while i did my taxes. I had some hard questions for them and they were able to help me although the one lady was already busy she took time to help me. I filed and they even called me back to help me w a small issue that came up right afterwards. I initially made an appointment off the website...do not recommend. The lady had a car accident and nobody knew so my appointment was canceled... Thats when i went to the one at courtland mall.

Crystal Towns did my taxes and did a excellent job with my refund, she has gotten me the most I have ever received on a tax refund!!! No lie, please do your taxes with her.Thanks Jackson Hewitt!
