They’re always nice & polite. When needing price checks & cash prices or switching things around for insurance they’re always willing to check on it without attitude!

Went there twice for the vaccine and everybody was accommodating, friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this pharmacy.

The pharmacy manger was rude and dismissed all questions about how my prescription had fallen threw the crack on Friday 3-12-21Pharmacy manger said he called other pharmacy about transfer this morning. But when I contacted the other pharmacy about it, they had just got off the phone with Kroger and that was the first they had heard from them today.I just want my medicine come on now

Sadly months ago I would have given this Kroger 4-5 stars. Now I wish I could give 0 stars! They have gone downhill FAST. Everything about them. They don't stock products as they used to and are constantly running out of things. They usually have one lane maybe two open and the rest are self check. The managers used to be all about customer satisfaction now I was told it's not their issue that they don't have my popsicles on a reg basis. And by reg basis I mean going in and buying multiple bags 2-3 times a week. Not to mention my reg shopping done every week to 2 weeks where I spend anywhere from $60-$150. So to be told that my concerns about them constantly having my products out of stock is a distributor issue and blah blah made me feel very de-valued as a regular customer. I totally understand when things happen beyond their control but I don't want a lame excuse that's passing the buck. If you switched distributors from penn to Michigan yet Michigan is this unreliable than switch back to Michigan or do what you have to do that doesn't make it MY (the customers) problem. They've just adopted such a lacksidasical attitude toward customers that it's worth the extra 10 minutes to go to Walmart and find what I want every time and cheaper as well! The only thing I can give 5 stars to is the pharmacy! Thank goodness they haven't changed and still appreciate their customers and put their satisfaction first. Maybe the store could learn a lot from the way they run the pharmacy! Thank goodness I can use it independent of the store! As for the grocery store? You blew it Kroger.

I don't know what it is about Kroger stores around here, but they are really crappy places to shop. Selection is poor, the layout is confusing and random and if I wanted to bag my own groceries I would get a job there. They love to close the normal checkout lanes so that you can scan and bag your own stuff. Then, when you inevitably need help, the self-check person shows up with a chip on their shoulder and rude attitude to match. When in the area, I will go WAY out of my way to shop at Meijer or Bueche's. Oh, and watch out in the parking lot. They finally reconfigured it but people barrel through not watching for patrons or other cars. Every visit carries the guarantee of several near-misses in the lot.

I go here because it's close to my house but they need to get more fresh produce. It always looks like its one day away from rotting. The store is clean though. Employees are sparse. And why are the big jugs of water always on the highest shelf? I always have to ask a shopper to help me retrieve them.

Dan the pharmaceutical manager is awesome. He went above and beyond and to help with helping to fill my script that was some complications with my insurance. The whole pharmacy staff was very helpful and very easy to talk to. Glad this is my local pharmacy.

Of all the grocery stores in town, this is definitely the most organized but also probably the priciest. I usually prefer to go to the Walmart up the street but on a weekend it's usually too crowded and if I just want a couple of things I come here. The parking lot is oddly designed and you have to be quite careful with all the pedestrians, but otherwise a solid grocery store where most things are readily available.

This is a review of Kroger Check list because i could not find anywhere else to review it. I've done grocery pick up at Walmart and it was great! But Kroger was phenomenal! My roommate "forgot" to pick up our order, and they were more then happy to help me out the following day. On top of that, my check list specialist Tim was a gem. His positivity at 8:30 in the morning really made my day. Tim deserves a rise.

Like this store but new worker from Fenton. Young lady with brown hair to her shoulder is litteraly the rudest cashier Ive ever had. For virtually no reason. Pharmacists nice. Clean and decent store. Just avoid her.
