I haven't shopped at Kroger in years, but Saturday, April Fools day, I made out a delivery order. My bill came to 69.20 including taxes and delivery fee. Sunday when I checked my banking account online, I found two Kroger charges, each for $82.67. This is both an over charge and double over charge. I'm working with my bank and trying to work with Kroger to get the issue resolved. This is one grocery customer who will NOT be shopping at Kroger ever again.

Kroger is a grocery store that my family used to shop at until they closed down all of their stores in StLouis where I'm from. It just reminded me of the good old days when I entered the store. Over all it's a great place to shop!

Horrible smelling store. Bottle return never works and the prices blow compared to nearby Aldi

Two cashiers. Three out of 24 self-checkouts open. A couple of years ago, this was a very good store. This past year has seen a huge decline - and that is across all Kroger stores.

It's booster time as the cases go up and we are all relegated back inside again. Have a 2:30 appointment and my husband is after me. They have a drive-thru pharmacy here. Elizabeth administered our shots. It's quick and easy. They have no food flamin hot snacks, only pop popcorn and ruffles. Craving some cheese puffs and Cheetos.

Just did some grocery shopping after being without power for 5 days and I was pleasantly surprised that they were pretty well stocked. Usually this isn't the best Krogers to go to, but it seems they are getting their act together! When at the self checkout the lady was very nice and attentive. Hard to find employees that actually don't mind doing their job.

This is the most horribly run grocery store I've ever been to. They NEVER have enough employees. I stupidly enter this store repeatedly, only to make it the other side, and see lines to the back of the store. There was one lane open at 7:30 at night. This is never acceptable, and has happened on several different occasions. Get it together!

This Kroger is absolutely disgusting. It's beyond filthy. The floors are sticky throughout the store. There are rarely any carts in the store and always outside . The glass doors to the entrance look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Trash is consistently strewn throughout the parking lot no matter how many times I've been there. Self checkout lanes are almost non existent. Usually 2-3 open at the most with long lines. Full service checkout lanes are worst then the self checkout During my last visit I heard an employee behind the service desk screaming at a customer. Not uncommon to see expired food still On shelves. The store staff is just pure lazy. Many times I've been there you'll see long lines and they're just in the corner talking to each other ignoring the lines I won't go back and now drive a little further to go to Meijer.

You think you could open another aisle when lines are reaching the back freezers? Where is the manager here? WORST KROGER EVER. and your beef jerky bags all have slits in them from people stealing.

This Kroger seems to never have any carts or baskets up front. There's carts in the parking lot or abandoned in aisles, however. This was an issue prior to COViD as well. Bring your own bag or be prepared to carry all your groceries in your hands.
