Thease lady are the best in what they do they male custom patches for rider , they did a memorial patch for me . And sowed it on for free they have the sweetest dog ever to greet you at the door love this places , thank again lady

I googled a shop close to me to have my husband's name put on the back of his coaching Jersey to surprise him. They were very friendly, take some quarters they have a machine that you can give the shop puppy treats she's beautiful and soft they did an awesome job my husband was so surprised thank you very much! I also inquired if they don't have what you're looking for they can order it for you or you can bring your own shirt or stuff you need monogrammed.

This place is awesome! I feel like I have found a hidden gem, as I had no idea they existed until last week! I brought my son's birthday shirt in with a request to add the number "5" along with his name to the back of the shirt. Not only did they print his shirt up within 10 minutes, but they were so kind and so patient as my 2 year old ran around saying her colors while taking all their spools of thread down! I was pleased with their work and customer service! Then, when an Etsy order fell through for the shirt I had ordered my husband for our son's party, they provided a shirt AND printed what we requested the SAME day! I'm beyond grateful! Thank you for taking care of us and helping to make my son's 5th birthday special! ?

"MASTER MONOGRAMMING" on Saginaw Street has the worst customer service by far they sell cheap products for top dollar they will sell you a product that you did not want and still make you pay for it do not waste your time do not give them any of your hard-earned money they will WAIT till the last minute to do your order and not even give you what you originally wanted!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!

Quite surprised by the unprofessionalism. A week after stopping by the store they have not got a logo stitched on a mask. The woman on the phone was very strange wanting me to text her then saying her phone isn’t working. I have canceled my order & will be picking up my merchandise today.

My daughter had a very unique request for her varsity jacket as it was passed down. The jacket had seen better days. They sent it out to have the leather sleeves reworked & cleaned.The job they did on the monogramming was perfect ! She is so happy with how it turned out. 10/10 for the love and care they put into this jacket

Ordered 40 1/4 zip shirts with screen printing and 40 embroidered flexfit hats for our youth football coaches. Both turned out great. Communication and customer service was great. Turn around was faster then originally quoted. Definitely our go to spot now. Swartz Creek Youth Football.
