“My only problem with Quest is the sign in process. For some people, using a tablet/iPad to check in for an appointment is not so easy. I’ve helped several people sign in on different visits; primarily elderly that needed assistance, and there were no Quest employees available to help them. I hope that changes; ailing people shouldn’t have the added aggravation of signing in for an appointment.”
