Absolutely ridiculous! Husband and I both have a virus doc gave us an antibiotic. Instead of infecting others we went to the drive through window. One car in front of us 37 minutes later we can pull up!!! Then they're RUDE on top of it.

Worst Pharmacy Ever . Most of the techs are rude . They never have any of my medication I need in stock . Ever . Like I desperately need this medication and it’s out of stock for another THREE DAYS. I think it’s time to switch pharmacies.

Ok. but the app is so messed up. Used to be able to pay before you go, but the option is no longer there. Male pharmacist is knowledgeable and cool to deal with. Most staff are ok, some nicer than others! Hate when people don't call ahead and I have to wait forever in line.

I felt like death yesterday, and everything was going wrong for me.. but the guy pharmacist did everything in his power to get my meds transferred to Meijer, and get me out the door. He was short handed and busy, and still provided great customer service, and I appreciate that more than anything! Thank you Sir.

I advocated for years, on their comment page, surveys, to add a drive up pharmacy. They are a little slow, but if you call once you're on your way, they will have it at the window.

I have had nothing but problems since I started using this pharmacy. Got a prescription sent over Thursday from my doctor, I couldn't fill it til Friday so I figured it would be ready Friday. Around 1pm Friday I received a text saying they were out of stock and I would have to wait til Tuesday to get my meds. So instead of checking on Thursday when they got the script to see if they had any they wait til after my doctor office is closed for the weekend (they close at 11 on Fridays) to tell me. I can't transfer it and couldn't get a hold of my doctor to send a new one somewhere else since Meijer was out of stock. I need my medication 3 times a day or I get really really sick and clearly the Meijer pharmacy knows medication. They know my medication is to stop me from getting very sick . I go up Friday to see what I can do about it . Got told literally nothing. I just call to see when it will be there today and woman on the phone gives me attitude and then gives the phone to the "pharmacist" who clearly didn't care I've been sick and pretty much said it wasn't his problem. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Just look at the low reviews and read them. I would much rather my insurance pays a company that actually cares.

If you plan on getting your RX here plan on setting aside atleast a half hour of your time. It happens every single time for me... I will be switching very soon. Every once an awhile for it to take 30 to 40 mins... I get it...but EVERY time? One time it was 45 mins. It's unreal...They need more workers or something!

Always so rude. The women there are just always rude and no good customer service. Especially the drop off script ones....the lady tried to tell me after I went to find my own test because she said they were out that it would be 30 min wait and pharmacist said it won't be that long and she rolled her eyes. If you don't like ur job move on.

I spent almost 4 hours waiting for a prescription today. The pharmacist was decent, however the rest of the staff is absolutely horrible! The rudest group of women I've seen in a long time! Must be something going on. Especially the EXTREMELY LOUD REDHEAD! She needs to learn how to talk to people. Especially senior citizens! Seems like none of them have any manners. I watched these women being rude to person after person for over 3 hours! If someone talked to my grandma the way these women talk to patients, we would have a HUGE PROBLEM! I finally got my meds and as soon as I got outside I called another pharmacy and had all my prescriptions transferred. Never again.! I feel bad for these women's spouses. If they haven't left by now.. I would avoid this pharmacy at ALL COSTS!

Use the drive thru pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I give the lady name and date of birth and she rudely snaps on me saying they have nothing in that name. So I ask her how long it might be before it's ready and she says if they happen to get it, it obviously isn't ready yet. Way to have compassion for people who already aren't feeling well, the whole reason we're coming here.

Always taking good care of my wife and her medicine. We have been treated well even with rite aid and Walgreens being extremely rude to her and I. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I don’t know how they rate so low by all these people when we have been there over 3 years and never had problems only good things.

Filled a script for ivermectin one day. Then wouldn't fill it for my wife the next day claiming propaganda Bs. We took all our scripts to another pharmacy and had no issue. Worked wonders! Since when did a pharmacist get to decide what medicine I can and cannot take I thought that was up to my doctor?...?♂️
