Just saw this company's van going down I-475 laying on the horn and tailgating a car. Could not see if they had a passenger in the van as they did this but still wow.Might want to hire some actual professional drivers if that was really a medical transport van like I think it was, and certainly would not allow my wheel chair bound father to ride with this company.

Very nice staff, intake went very fast and smooth. Love my new Dr! She's awesome. She said she had only been there at that facility for 3 weeks. But had 12 years experience. Very thoroughly went through all my needs.

Dr Tocco was VERY kind, friendly, intelligent, and has really kept up with the latest health information! The other staff was very friendly and helpful as well! I am so glad I found Oak Street when I moved back to Flint and needed to find a new Dr!

Everyone here made you feel comforable. From the ladys that welcome you as you come in( including the security guard).To the welcome meeting with Carter ! Very nice and he made you feel relaxed. THANKS CARTER . . The medically personal was very nice and welcoming ..They have a lot of services here at one location. Make the trips to every place not need .look them up and see if they have some of the service you need and have been looking for all in one place.The NP I see in this day was great . Happy that I found her. .

Wonderful experience with Oak Street Health. Doctor's are wonderful , and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Oak Street Health and would highly recommend to anyone.

This is by far the worst doctors office or company I have ever had to work with, if you are a low income senior or living in low income housing I URGE you to switch companies. Something in this doctors office system is broken last year I sent them paperwork to be filled out for a patient who is allowed to write off her medical expenses to help lower her rent and be able to afford her health cost. I reached out through faxing , email, multiple phone calls and never heard back for 4 months at that point the deadline was over and there was nothing I could do, instead of this office trying to figure out why they’re incapable of filling out a three page paper they chose to inform the patient that I wasn’t doing MY job and I had never contacted them. Fast forward to this year since February 10th I’ve been faxing and calling and even have patients step in and they were also trying to get help for me, we are now in the same position the only person being hurt is their patients. Why is it you are never able to speak to someone from the Burton office when you call the phone number it’s all a big system that overcomplicates and confuses you. Now that being said Jamal is the only good thing about this place and I genuinely hope he finds a better company because he broke his back trying to help me, getting to the right departments, pressuring them, checking in on me for updates. That being said all of his 5 star customer service didn’t help them complete that literal three page form I sent them months ago. Do not come here and if you do I hope to god you never have to deal with the billing department.
