I routinely go to the lady that conducted my latest blood draw, and I am always talking her up as well as teasing her about taking her to the hospital with me for procedures. She always gets the blood draw quickly, relatively painlessly, and has relevant and helpful advice to make it easier on me. I never walk away from anywhere else without massive bruising and lingering pain. I NEVER leave from her with more than minor bruising and minimal pain. Best recommendation I can give? ALWAYS go to her!!!!

The lady that took my blood was amazing. I have a fear of needles and she made me feel comfortable. She put a ice pack on the back of my neck and took my mind off of the metal tearing into my flesh and stealing my blood. Five stars.

We did not have a long period to wait. My mother needs help she was with her Walker. The young lady came out and got us. She was very courteous and respectful. I had not made my appointment because I couldn't figure out how to put 2 appointments in. And so she went ahead and took me and got my blood drawn also.

A family member in my household went Quest Street on Court St. in Burton Michigan. He was told, like we are almost ever single time we go, that they do not have a referral from the Doctor. This has to STOP! This is an ongoing issue at Quest and process and procedures need to change! Stop blaming doctors offices and fix a broken process! It is feeling very intentional to keep the process broken at this point! Quest is terrible! I don't even give them a one star! You cannot get through to a live person either to confirm if any referral has been received. STOP THIS NON-SENSE. People are sick and need blood draws for medical conditions and you are stressing them out and not trying to find a way to improve processes.

My fiancé and I are doing our first round of ivf, he was sent here for specific testing with paperwork stating EXACTLY what tests he needed. They did the wrong test, charged him and now we have to put a hold on the whole process because they ran the wrong tests.
