Very convenient. I pulled right up to the gate and scanned a code to search for a locker. Set up took me 3 minutes and I received a gate code and locker number.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! We rented out a unit and within 4 days our lock was cut, items stolen, and our entire unit ransacked. Pay the larger fee and store at a company that will actually protect your items.

Rented two units in May 2022 for long term use. In September they raised the units $25 per month per unit. Now, I’m paying nearly $300 for storage. 1 day late and they suspend your entry code. Finding new unit. The prices are insane. They also try to make you get their insurance for extra $$ a month. Units have 3 walls inside large building. Open ceiling so if the place goes up in flames, kiss your things goodbye. Would never recommend. Not locally owned if that matters to anyone.**Response to Red Dot response: this was already attempted and you did nothing to help. Promised a prorated refund and then denied it even though the property supervisor approved the units after moved out. You are liars and scammers, so don’t try to portray you want to resolve anyone’s issues here!! Anyone who is interested in a storage facility, PLEASE READ BBB REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS ON RED DOT STORAGE!!

We rented a 10 x 20 and found out later the rate was higher than most in the area. They also raised the rate and insurance price. We bought a house and began removing our stuff to find the unit and our belongings loaded with stink bugs of all things. We have a custom made cabinet and water leaked in and down the wall causing mold and mildew on the back of the cabinet. Then we opened boxes at home and found a mouse nest. So if you don't care about your stuff this is a great place.

The storage unit I rented, a 10' X 20', was clean, dry, and in good condition. The entry into the unit is level with the ground, so there shouldn't be an issue with rolling heavy items with small wheels. The entry gate and office appear to be the only area's under video surveillance. There are floodlights on either end of each building- except for building 'C' that has no lights, which provide ample lighting during nighttime hours. The units do not have heat or electricity, and there are no external outlets that you can plug into. The ceiling of the storage unit is a wire mesh barrier which is the only thing preventing a neighbor units occupants from climbing over the adjacent wall. All in all, I'd recommend this storage business due to reasonable prices and the good condition of the premises. The only negative in my opinion is the minimal video security- however, this is generally a safe area.

Just went to check on my unit and EVERYTHING inside is wet or soaking wet and has mold growing on it. The unit next to mine is vacant and there was mold growing on the bases of the make shift walls built. My unit had irreplaceable family heirlooms inside (pictures, documents, fabric ect). I will be moving the remainder of my unit out as soon as possible and will update the review as soon as I can talk to management about refunding my unit rent.

I’ve been here for a month and I will never use this facility again. The gate into the facility has been broken the whole time I’ve rented here and so it is wide open for anyone to have access to. They said it was going to get fixed but it has not. Yes you are required to lock your unit, but still. Next, mice were able to get into my unit and soil my items and customer service told me it was my responsibility to set traps and clean it up once I move out of the unit. NEXT I have had multiple occasions where I have been unable to get access to my unit due to the gate being broken, or my isle as well as others (but not all) been cautioned off so I am unable to drive up to and get access to my unit and the customer service representatives had no idea why. Very unprofessional and sloppy service. Do not waste your money.

Hiked their rent two years in a row 20 percent the first year another 10 percent the following year. Hard for me to believe their cost are up that much.

When you close out an account with this company you have to be on your A-game or they will continually send you invoices. Document your dates and times when terminating your contract, other than that hassle the facility seemed adequate .
