If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady with the dark medium length hair at the desk is so unprofessional and rude. My boy was diagnosed with diabetes and they had me wait a week to go in and talk about treatment. Upon this visit they didn't check his weight or glucose, but they said they did. During this visit at 3:30 pm they gave him an insulin shot and when I got home he had a sugar reaction. Shaking, trembling it was so scary. How can they give a shot without checking sugar or asking if he ate? My boy started to decline and when I finally got ahold of them I asked if I could bring him in to get his glucose checked, they said yes. I asked if I needed an appt the response was no just bring him in. On my way to the vet I called to let them know I was coming and she was so rude to me on the phone. Arguing about how I don't have an appt. She put me on hold and said fine if you can be here in 5 minutes we will do it. Thankfully I was close. I go in I weigh him, he has lost weight since the first visit he was diagnosed with labwork. I let them know he was down in his weight again and they were pushing for an xray. Not even trying to get his diabetes under control. On top of that they didn't believe me about his weight and had a girl from the back bring him out and weigh him. They didn't believe me about anything. I've been here 3 times now first time I felt good about appt. After the 2nd and third I will never go back. When I asked about the credit on my account because they don't give cash back, the same rude lady at desk said I didn't know what I was talking about they don't hold credit. I said I think everyone needs to know you guys are crooks her response was as she walked away smoke another one, under her breath. When I asked what she said she was shouting have a good day. I asked if I needed a receipt, she yelled went to the back came back out and said yeah i will get it when I'm ready. She sat there rolling her eyes and finally threw my receipt on counter. So reese vet thankyou for not caring enough about my boy and collecting almost $600 in 3 visits for absolutely nothing. Don't trust them with your animals. Another issue is they lie on the files. When I went to his new vet they read in files that my boy was vicious and was muzzled. I was with him and he is the absolute sweetest boy. Wouldn't hurt a fly. Be cautious and do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND THE RUDE LADY AT THE DESK. 0 star review.

We just took our girl Spooky here after she was worrying us, loss of appetite, not acting herself. Not only did she perk right up once she got there, she started eating and acting normal as soon as we got home. ? Oh well, we greatly appreciated their time and looking her over, and their very reasonable prices! We will be bringing our other kitties here from now on. ❤️

Brought my husky shepherd mix here! He is terrible about getting his nails trimmed. They knew exactly what medication to give him to calm him down enough to get the job done (even though he still screamed through the whole thing...in true husky form ?). Absolutely love the staff here - they are very knowledgeable and friendly!

I went here for 13 years and I can not recommend any one else go here. The staff are nice and it’s affordable but you get what you pay for. My cat is 14 and lives in pretty chronic pain. She was a regular client. Each year I got her annuals done labs, dental, etc. after a year, I called about my annual and they didn’t have one scheduled. Ok. I brought her in and they found high liver enzymes. They never showed me the lab work, they never showed me the X-rays, and they never explained how much pain she was in. Gave her antibiotics and then my cat had an episode where she stopped eating and drinking.I called at 3:50pm and they said “sorry I can’t help you” and went to hang up the phone. We demanded help and we were sent to the animal hospital. They are open until4pm but quick to hang up when they feel they’re done! I took her to the Burton animal hospital where they went over everything in great detail. When I called back, they said doctor only does surgeries on Fridays and would not have time to see her. Well, for an established client of 13 years you could have and should have. Our pets pay their bills. You can stay 30 mins to give my cat a hydration pack and some anti nausea. That’s when I transferred her to Dr Child’s and within two visits she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Silver lining, none of my cat’s diagnosis were accurately reflected in her chart so my pet insurance paid for everything since she had no preexisting conditions. ??I told them to do better and I fired them. My cat was a regular patient for 13 years and would have died if I stayed in this clinic. The staff is nice and they are affordable, but you get what you pay for. I’m ashamed of them. Get another doctor or accept that you can’t provide these animals what they need and with what you have. My cat is happy and recovering well. ❤️Also, comments from the owner aren’t needed. I was not friendly and I stand by my opinion as a consumer. The information provided is accurate. These are their actions and what they did.By reading these comments, you can see that the office will argue with you on your google reviews. If the office would like to argue with me they have my phone number. This is myplace to review your business and not the other way around.Any further unprofessionalism will be reported to the appropriate channels. There is clear negligence in failing to diagnose my cat, turning away patients during business hours, and failing to explain results to the owner as evidenced by treatment received by other local vets and their informed medical opinions.I’m very sad that this clinic could no longer meet the needs of my cat. My parents came here and I swore by it for the majority of my life. I’m angry and sad that I needed to take her to multiple different vets instead of getting the care that, 1. I deserve, 2. I paid for, and 3. That is ethical. As a pet owner, do not accept less than your pets need or deserve. If they would like to continue to see clients, they can increase the quality of care to meet their needs.

I have mixed feelings. On one hand the DOCTOR staff is kind and helpful, on the other hand you get nickel-and-dimed for everything.I've been taking my pet here for treatment over the last 2-3 years and the prices have increased dramatically. Just paid $100 for a depo shot and an exam. Last year I paid $70 for the same service, and even have been able to pay $35 to only get the shot.. not anymore. Shot is $40 with another $5 disposal fee. I understand exams after 6 months but that's not always the case. 2 years of history here and I'm still getting mixed reports of when to come in and how much the visit will cost.As a final note I was offered a courtesy discount but it literally just removes the price hike.. and it doesn't apply till 6 months from now. They aren't a bad place - doctors are great.. just feels like it might be time to start shopping around.

If possible I would rate this place lower. We just moved here one week ago. I'm 71 years old and have had dogs my entire life recently we brought our dog there to have him put down. When the veterinarian finally came she was WEARING A FACE MASK. She talked very soft so we had a hard time hearing her. If you're worried about germs maybe you sound clean the place. Avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely the best vet and staff I've ever met! They care and understand that everyone has different finances; they're also the most affordable of the vets I've been to. It seems like most of the basic appointments for our cats have been $100 or less, where as I'm used to paying that just to walk in the door!

The vet and staff were very kind, informative, and welcoming when my dog Plum and I stopped by for some vaccines so she can stay a healthy, happy doggo. Plum had a pawsome time. We weren't there long, which was nice since I work from home, and I will definitely return to this clinic in the future

Wow!! What a difference from where I've been going for my Baby kahula. Reese is my new Vet!! They did not bark at me when I walked in. I was very comfortable and very impressed when the doctor loved and took her time with kahula because she is afraid of everyone until she gets to know them. Very Clean!! Thank you everyone. Service with a smile and very pleasant!! I can worry no more!!!!!

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for about 3 years now and they are the best I have been to. From puppies to putting my oldest dog to sleep, they are kind, caring, and very knowledgeable in what they do. I always feel comfortable when putting my animals in their hands.

I’ve trusted Reese with dogs since 2001. The staff is easy to talk with & genuinely care about your fur babies. They are also reasonably priced.
