If there was a trophy for “Best Car Wash in Town,” Sparkle Buggy would win it every time — no contest. I come into town pretty often, and after trying just about every car wash around, this one completely spoiled me. Now it’s the only place I go!
First off, the place is always spotless — like, cleaner than my kitchen spotless. The landscaping looks sharp, everything’s in order, and it actually feels good pulling in here.
Richard, the manager, deserves a shout-out too. The guy is always friendly, welcoming, and seems to genuinely care about the place and the customers. You don’t see that much anymore.
And can we talk about the free vacuums? Absolute game changer. You can use them even if you don’t get a wash, and they’re always powerful and ready to go. Half the time I end up spending way too long vacuuming because it’s actually satisfying.
Their wash packages are also awesome — great prices, great results, and they actually get your car sparkling clean (fitting name, right?).
Bottom line: if you want your car looking fresh and shiny while feeling like you actually went somewhere that cares, Sparkle Buggy is the spot. I’ve tried the rest — this one’s the best, no question.

felt my car shifting over in the middle of the track and there was a piece of metal or something across the carwash when I went through. I'm 100% sure this popped a hole right in my back tire 🤦♂️ I didn't touch my wheel or anything. Will never come back here again

I stopped by there in yesterday and it was closed. So I came by the next day and happen to mention it and the grumpy man bit my head off and said it was closed for a good reason. He was very unpleasant. Makes me wanting to go somewhere else.

I will never come here again. Last night I came through to get a car wash and I recently got a new car. I pulled through and put my car in neutral and the Mexican guy started yelling at me because he kept saying my car wasn’t in neutral and I clearly showed him I was. Well I can say another older gentleman stepped in and helped the situation and saw my e-brake was on and I didn’t know it. The other guy never apologized and just kept giving me dirty looks. I’ll take my business elsewhere, because I won’t be treated the way I was treated.

If I could give them no stars I would. First off we paid for our wash and as we were going threw the steering wheel started turning and we jumped the track.my husband laid on the horn they shut off the wash and the guy came up asking what's the issue.he stood by to the left side watching and three more times we jumped the rail so they stopped the machine. After we got threw we drove back around and the guy came up asked if my husband would like money back, that's when my husband explained we had same issue at the one on Bristol Rd and that we filled out a complaint from. Once my husband asked for a complaint from the guys attitude changed, he then said no I ain't giving u a form then my husband said yes can I have my money back and the guy said NO. My husband asked again for a complaint from and they guy refused and walked away. I think this company sucks

This place is terrible. Paid for a car wash and they did not clean my drivers side at all. Management could care less and only offered another car wash for $7. Never spend your hard earned money here!

Rich the manager is a joke. Never going here again. Went through this car wash after a snowstorm and they left all the snow on the roof of my car. I paid $13 for a premium wash to come home and find a now multi color sheet of ice on my roof since they soaked the snow with water and soap. Which he told me was not possible due to their rinse and blower cycle... see pictures below. I drove 30 mins home to find this and them to tell me you can come back for a $7 wash... not the same one I paid for... and that they don't remove ice which he told me repeatedly. I tried to tell him it wasn't ice it was snow until you soaked it with water a soap and I drove home.... which he interrupted me sever times during and told me to not have an attitude while he had one with me the entire time. I also find it very interesting the rest of my car was covered in the exact same snow and they managed to get that off.....I would NEVER pay to get your car washed here ever, save your money this place is a joke.
