This store & its employees are dishonest. Had me trade in my phone with a cracked screen, knowing it would be worth nearly nothing. Failed to inform me that the crank was covered under manufacturer warranty & all I had to do was replace it & then have an excellent condition trade in. Also had nonstop issues with my Apple watch that are apparently inexplicable, though I have more an inclination to believe it’s due to lack of knowledge. Used an online forums advice to fix the connectivity issue when they couldn’t.

Nice staff, had some issues with my sim when getting a new phone, they had it fixed pronto!

Fair experience. Went in and picked up a new 13 max pro. No one was overly excited to help us, but worked out overall.UPDATE: (I've heard of them doing this, but first experience with it happening) They added on Protection 360 for $18 a month on the bill which I specifically said no thanks on since it still costs you $30 for a screen repair and other costs if anything happens.

Heather is the only reason I gave any stars at all. In the process of attempting to switch from att to T-Mobile I got the run around via online and phone for 15 days. SIM cards sent to me that took 10 days alone. I went to the store to activate only to find out there were a bunch of hidden fees, sly wording, and inaccurate info from csr to csr. The cherry on it was hearing T-Mobile has a bull for me due in 10 days though SIM cards that were never activated, numbers never ported, and a billing name that wasn’t even spelled correctly.. I am baffled at the tactics but have opted to stay at att just out of sheer fear of incompetence. Thank you Heather for the information that helped me not sign up but was at least ethical.

No where to sit. Speaking for all disabled people who have pain and can’t stand for long periods of time this really suck’s always takes along time in the store and literally avoid and hate going in the store when I know I have too.

Hands down the best Customer service ever! I was having an issue with my phone and Jeff, I think he's the manager, jumped right in to help me fix the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through it. I will be using this store as my regular service location from now on!

After receiving 2 defective phones and wasting 6 hours of our lives that we will never get back the manager told us all he could do was to wave the restocking fees. What a joke who is going to pay to restock a product that doesn't work in the first place. I will be finding a different service provider. I don't suggest anyone going there for anything
