Worst exsperience . Went to order the lady was very rude . Get home and both sandwiches made wrong . The manager however Kerry was very helpful . Hopefully things will be better next time

Worst experience ever! Ordered online, got there not done, ok np....waited app said order was done, but Drive thru blocked by another customer with car off. I call subway 3 times, they don't answer. I gvack out of line, then person moves so I proceed to window. No one comes to window, I call subway 3 more tines, no answer. I open windows little say hello, hello, no response. I knock on window, no response, I call 3 more times no response. My food has been done for 15 min at this point. Finally woman shows up starts screaming at me for tapping on window, I said well you should acknowledge me your customer. This woman just kept screaming at me, so I screamed back, she claimed she was manager, told her I didn't care. I call her a batch, cause she is one. I left my paid for food, which she said they gladly eat. I have never been treated so badly, I WILL NEVER go to this subway again. This woman needs to be fired. No excuse for her unprofessional attirude.

Pull up to the drive thru to get my online order and there's only one employee. They were very rude over the speaker. Before I could speak she said she had 5 other orders in front of me and I needed to wait. She could have been nicer. I sat in drive thru 20 minutes. Np answer on speaker so go inside nobody to be seen our subs are sitting on a rack ? hire more people. Don't open if you only have one employee on for the day. If u are that employee reading this you should quit subway doesn't pay enough to put ya thru the stress of running their sandwich shop alone.

Closes at 8pm but lobby doors were locked at 6:30pm Had a worker staring at us as we walked back to our car. Very odd. Drive through menu was not lit up. Obviously they don’t want any business there. We went to McDonald’s down the road.

Service has never been too bad, but they're always out of something! One time, they were out of bread. How does a subway run out of bread??? One time they were closed because of no staff. Moreover, they have literally never had all the ingredients to make my family's subs.

Was out of everything. So we ended up getting cold cuts and they only put 1 kind of meat when there’s supposed to be 3. Out of all cheeses except American, out of allcookies only 3 bread options, no meatballs, steak, chicken, turkey, bacon, etc. and customer service was lazy and kinda rude…didn’t even bag our sandwich’s.

The price went up and now you get even less toppings and to much bad vegetables gross looking lettuce and tomatoes all of it looked like a gamble. Polite but forgetful staff and overall the gross food I honestly wanted to say I don't want the sub after I saw the bad

Just watched the person, who made my sandwich, pick her nose and flick the booger behind her while standing over the food! She is working right now Friday august 18th wearing a yellow and green bandana on her head.

Horrible service from the employees. I understand we arrived before closing but the hours onlne stated different the posted on building. Was unable to be helped inside only drive through. Rude service and unprofessional attitudes. Food was fine but very messy and half unwrapped.

Frequently close before posted hours or are closed due to "under staffing". Also, if you are in the drive-thru you are last to be served, no matter what. I pulled into the drive thru as the only car in it. She said she had a few people in line inside that were before me. I waited 15 minutes. Watched people file in the building. Came back on again after 15 min and said she had another 2 or 3 people ahead of me, even though I was there before them. Waited over 20 minutes and just had to leave and go to work without lunch.

I feel so bad for the people who work at this poorly run Subway franchise. They are understaffed and without a manager and apparently the owner doesn't care. These kids are working hard just trying to keep up and it's not fair
