I have gone in there twice with the same vehicle and they got it in promptly and when they called me to tell me it was looked at, they explained everything that they saw wrong with it and gave an exact estimate. My second time going wasn't good news for my car, but they were very sincere, gave me plenty of options of what I could do, and didn't try to talk me into anything extreme! They went above and beyond each time and I will be returning here and recommending it to everyone I know!
