I will not be buying any plants, trees, or anything from here that I don't need to. When I spend thousands of dollars in one year and website return policy is not followed by employees, I can shop elsewhere. The employees act as if you are taking money out of their pocket and so what happens now is because you don't want to do the right thing, Lowe's gets my thousands of dollars remodeling money over a couple of plants that you couldn't do right by. Good business model since you actually get credit from the plant companies so it doesn't really cost you to return a plant. I watched them harass a 90 year old woman over a receipt for something she bought on line even though we all know they don't give receipts when you ship on line. Disgusting.

My husband went to the Court street Home Depot in Burton today to buy 30 bags of mulch. He waited behind a guy for 15 minutes while the guy ahead of him and the Home Depot associate loaded about 50 bags into the guys truck. My husband backed in to make it as convenient as possible for the associate to help him load his 30 bags. As soon as he got out of the car the associate said sorry guy "im off the clock" and walked away. Unbeknownst to him my husband had cash handy to tip him. He had to have seen my husband who had been waiting for 15 min. He should have given him heads up so my hubby could have found another associate to help him. Why can't we find good help? It's so sad that Customer service is a thing of the past!! Shame on him!

Helpful friendly staff, but the equipment could use some refurbishment. I rented the largest rear tine rototiller available but the tines were in very bad need of replacement. Didnt realize it until i got home and saw it would barely scratch the surface. Went back and they let me exchange it for one of the front tine tillers at no additional cost. Wasted some time but it worked out in the end

Does not honor it advertised pricing and will literally lie in order to cover up an error (Management mainly) and "1-800-Home-Depot" will refuse to give you any anwer that my put them in a bad light. Both store managers and the 800 number refused to acknowledge this ad refers to the 50pk of screws. They also had the nerve to tell me the "included" mentioned in the product overview does not mean it comes with item, but instead means to be purchased in addition to the item for an ADDITIONAL fee! Never have I been so directly and intentionally treated an uneducated child with no common sense. Never again will I shop and the HILL RD location if at all possible, will now use any retailer for my purchases other that HOME DEPOT as much as I can. Recommend you do the same.

Nice selection. New to the area and was impressed by the huge amount of stuff. Biggest improvement store near me. I was informed on many different makes and models in appliances and looking forward to buying my first washer and dryer set. Also, staff were nice to my dog so bonus points :)

Great customer service at the Burton store. After several attempts were made to have a carrier pickup a return my local store came through. I received the wrong color cabinet and had been trying to get a hold of the return carrier for 10 days. Home Depot customer service contacted the store manager and she and another associate came and picked up the cabinet so that my return could be processed. Great store.

Was there at dinner time 6pm last Tuesday. Jordan in lumber went above and beyond. After moving pallets of 12’ 2x6 for the couple before me. Then he offered to cut all my boards down to 10’ since they were all out. Excellent service. Your store should be very happy to have a guy like Jordan working there.

Absolutely the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. The customer service employees don't have a clue what they are doing and are very rude. When I was buying a washer the sales staff had no idea about the washers they are selling And gave me the wrong information. The store manager Mike was the most unprofessional store manager I have ever encountered. He was literally laughing at the problem and did nothing to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend going to a different store or not shopping at Home Depot. Lowe's was much much better but unfortunately they are not in flint anymore. I would give it a negative star if it was available.

After visiting here today , I am reminded of why most of the shopping that we do is online. We approached one of the older fem employees with a question. She was pushing a cart, as we approached she took a phone call. We stood there patienly awaiting the call to complete and while still talking, she totally ignored us standing there in front of her and walked away pushing her cart. My wife and I looked at one another in amazement. Once we made it to the lawn and garden dept to check out, she was asked to open up a second register by the nice woman who took care of us and the first lady copped an attitude, invited us over not too happily, we said no thanks and invited the lady behind us to go on over. Employees like this are surely the reason that brick and mortar stores are dying. I truly miss LOWES across the street and wish it would have been this Home Depot locking its doors instead.. Oh well on to Menards next time.

Beware of buying extended warranties from Home Depot. They screw u around. My washer has been broke for 5 days & they still can't tell me when it will be fixed or if the part has been ordered. By the way it's 1 yr. old. They where suppose to e-mail me paperwork and still have not received. Great job Home Depot. I thought u where better then this!
