So apparently the mail person doesn’t get out of the truck to deliver packages anymore. They just leave a notice in your mailbox to pick up your package at the post office (which means the next day because they won’t have it the day of.) This is the second time this has happened trying to have live neocaridina shrimp delivered. Both times I was awake and waiting for them to knock and atleast attempt delivery, just to have them leave a notice in the mailbox and drive off. The first time this happened, they had my package for TWO WEEKS before actually coming by to deliver it (which like I said, they didn’t.) And I went to the post office where they said they didn’t have it and it was still on the truck (even though they said it was ready for pickup.) Since it was Friday, that was an extra two days I had to wait to pick up my shrimp and of course they were all dead. Idk, something has to change, because it shouldn’t be such a hassle to get a package delivered.

This post office sucks. Clearly the post master doesn’t care if their workers do their jobs. Had a delivery to my house and they “attempted to deliver” looked on my camera and the lazy driver didn’t even get out of the vehicle. The lady at the desk at the post office is rude and doesn’t like doing her job either she told the dude in front me that she can’t even look up something he sent through their system. Y’all need to do better.

I live in a college dorm and packages here are sorted by room number. The package my boyfriend tried to send me didnt have my name NOR room number even though he explicitly told staff it was required in order for me to recieve it.

THE WORST POST OFFICE IN ALL OF AMERICA. STRAIGHT UP STOLE MY MONEY. KEEPS SENDING PACKAGES BACK FOR MORE SHIPPING CHARGES. TOTAL CROOKS, LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. YOU POSTAL WORKERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. NONE OF YOU DESERVE A PAYCHECK.

This is by far the worst postal service ever i had my dog get put a few times was unaware of this they cut my mail off for a year then new lady said ur dog is out and came at my 14 year old daughter trying to fight her like she was grown and then i approached her out of my house like whats going on and she then started to apologize saying im sorry i didnt know she was a kid when shes normal size and has the face of a baby and yet nothing done and she still has this rout haven't got half my mail since smdh

That guy is horrible for Burton place community management this guy is horrible and deliver emails and I believe he's giving this lady my mail I had to call a complaint this is the second year this has happened so I had to call social security I got a complaint there she's got it written up and everything so it is horrible he get out one The guy is horrible I believe he's giving my mail to this lady I haven't gotten my mail this is the second year this is happened and now talk to social security I gotta complain they said they sent my mail out a long time ago on the 26th of November and I should receive it on the 30th of November or the 1st of December and this is the fourth and I still haven't received anything I called him made a complaint and also I'm gonna fall charges this is a second year this guy did it he's racist too

Excess Telecom offers free internet service to Americans that qualify.If you apply for and are approved for internet services with Excess Telecom, like me you may find that you cannot log on to the internet, and when you call customer support 4 times a month, and wait anywhere from 15 - 25 minutes to speak with someone at a call center somewhere in India, you explain that you cannot go online, they take notes of your problem without remedy, and explain that you used up all of the data, even though you weren't able to log on from day one.Although this is a governmental program, it's not worth the aggravation.After four months, and discovering that they don't have the technical know-how to fix the issue, I cancelled my account with them.I signed up with a company called "Maxsip Telecom, I am waiting for a SIM card that they are sending me.We'll see if they diliver what they promise.Update: I received the SIM card from Maxsip Telecom, and thus far there are no technical issues.
