“I like this store a lot. They definitely need one in Grand Rapids. This store has brand name clothing that they don't sell anywhere else for cheap. If they do sell it anywhere else they want double the price for it. I got three Sean John shirts for under $40 for all together. They have Nautica polo shirts for cheap as well. “I came in last week while my husband was next door getting his hair cut. I was bored and had nothing else better to do. At first glance, I thought it was a consignment shop or something, didn't really pay that much attention. They had a bunch of stuff on clearance due to it being their Christmas stock. As I'm walking along the wall I'm not really seeing anything to my fancy and in my eyes I really do believe I'm in a high end consignment shop. I spot a pair of dark blue jeans with sparklies. "Oh no my one true weakness SHINEYS" I take note that their straight legged. Nevermind, however my hand wonders down the seam and I pick up the tag. I did EVERYTHING IN MY POWER to not audiobally laugh. They were $127 or so. I look around and realize I am in fact not where I think I am. I walked the entire store looking at all the different stuff in there. It all was pretty fun to look at. But not my style at all.
Wait, why did you give this place 5 stars if it's not stuff you liked or would buy.
1. They all greeted me, including Kim herself as if I was a friend not a stranger.
2. I never once felt rushed, or outta place.
3. I also overheard Kim interacting with one of her customers and she was so genuinely excited about stock that was on its way. Both of them like getty school girls.
That is the type of energy that I look for in people/places. "Chiefs kiss"”

“I visited this store on Saturday. I am from a different city and has heard that flint is ghetto, unprofessional, mean etc... but let me tell you something. These ladies in this entire store were the sweetest kindest individual that i have ever come across in retail. The young lady at the front door greeted everyone who walked in. The manager and her get copilot the young lady at the register was kind to everyone who was checking out. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN”

“If you’re looking for a high end clothing store this is the place to be. The service is top notch. You will feel like a million bucks with all of their high end quality clothing. Mostly men’s wear but has some women’s as well. Several locations in Michigan and all of them are amazing. Been shopping there over twenty years. 5 star for sure.”

“Everything about this boutique is lovely! Every piece of clothing is soft, feels/looks high quality and almost everything I tried on was flattering (which never happens). The staff is sweet, helpful and welcoming. The location is prime and parking is easy. I love that they host pop-up events supporting other small businesses in the area! I can’t wait to go back!”

“This review is to recognize an employee. She helped me at the return/ pick up counter. Went and checked for more pillows and got me one. Handled my return pick up and new purchase. Just all around perfect! Then as I was leaving I saw her waving at the door and she had my phone!!
This one’s a good one keep her .. at minimum give her a raise!! Polite, not fake personality !
I believe the other clerk said she was a manager.
