Don't advertise that you cut keys when you have restrictions on the keys that you cut. Why would I waste my time and call you guys? And you say, I can bring in the key that I need cut, but not emphasize that you don't work on outside keys they have to be bought in store.

I bought a grill today and selected to have delivery to my home about an hour away. 10 minutes after placing the order, I got a call from Donna, who asked if I would like it delivered today instead. Having it delivered a day sooner sounded pretty dang good to me.
Not only did she get it delivered to me quickly (as I said, I live about an hour away from the store), but she even helped me load it right onto my deck!

Just bought a weed wacker no issue then they said we’ll wait here for my manger to get it running the first time after 30 minutes I grabbed my crap a walked out. Customers in store come before a phone call put them on hold like ya did to me when I called to check availability. Some people work for a living.

This store and staff are fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me with my EGO string trimmer issue . They were kind , helpful and patient. I always try to support local businesses and this store is one of the best !

This Ace Hardware always does seem to have what I need in stock for my minor household maintenance projects; prices are fair; and I've never had the staff be anything less than helpful. It's great to have a shop like this in town, instead of needing to drive further to a Home Depot or Lowe's.

Found what I needed. Could not find it elsewhere. Did seem short-staffed because it was difficult to find help and get rung up even though I was the only customer in the store. Assuming it was the time of day and day of week.

Usually you depend on your local hardware store for a little guidance. None of the employees wanted to get off their stool to show me where a product was located...let alone actually know any of the product information.

I use this particular Ace Hardwar more than the one closer to my home as this tends to carry products another one doesn't. Customer service is great and very helpful.
