Hannah at the tanger outlets American eagle was excellent in helping me get an issue cleared up. I was not able to do a return but she happily was able to do an exchange for me and I will continue to shop with American eagle because of their willingness to help customers!

Out of all 6 stores I went to in the outlet mall today American eagle was the ONLY store that the workers were friendly and helpful in!!

Another great store in Tanger. Got jeans on a deal compared to other AE stores. Even got a comfortable fleece flannel for just 15 bucks that I love and saw for double at other stores. Also have decent jeans that ain't skin tight and men can actually breathe in them and have room if you know what I mean ?
